Hi,
What is a good system to put sell orders in so that people 'up North' can purchase them. I am looking to start hauling goods/ice/minerals up around Nonni region, but obviously I'd like to remain safe as possible.
I was thinking Nonni/Anounen (sp?), I certainly don't want to go as low as 0.2
Ta muchly.
PS. Don't try to blow my ship up whilst I am near Nonni, my agent is up there too so I am not always hauling. Plus I feel I am doing a bit of a service to you guys by increasing the amount of goods available a little.

If you think you can do a better job, go find yourself a datacentre to host a box, get a copy of Visual Studio, and STFU.

Edited by: FireFoxx80 on 15/03/2005 12:47:31 If I consistently get shot up I'll stop hauling, simple. I want to make a profit, as much as people want ammo/missiles/furry dice in 0.0.
I'm also not mad enough to be hauling up to any 0.2/0.3 areas unless I have to (in an armed ship). Hence my question of "is Nonni good enough to sell goods to the north".

Edited by: Gungankllr on 15/03/2005 12:54:43 If you take the autopilot path from Nonni to EC-P8R, whatever the system is that is just before EC-P8R is a good place to sell goods. (The name escapes me for some reason)
Just use instas and you'll be fine.
Just please don't anchor a can in Nonni, I'm going to lose my mind if any more secure cans are anchored in that system.
Alternatively, if you're motivated, you can haul to the NPC stations in X-70MU (??) and sell stuff from there. It's a series of NPC stations in a 0.0 system, so traveller beware. I'd say hello to the Star Fraction folks first at www.soixante-neuf.com/jericho and find their forums.
They might be able to help you with the locals and standings, if you are planning on hauling resources into the area.

TORRINOS
That is a good market. 0,5 (with a 0,5+ route all the way to it) right next to Pure Blind - please stock it, very handy when I have an 'accident' at the EC-P8R gate camp -- ** All accounts cancelled - have fun guys ** |

Fly up to Otsasai with your goods, gang me when you arrive, and then jettison your cargo.
I'll make sure it gets to the appropriate parties.

Torrinos is good, but I'd pay even more if it was in X-70 because it's past EC. Basically, high risk, high reward for you. If it's in empire, then I'd fly to wherever it's cheapest since I'm already down there and would have to wait for a safe time to go through EC. If it's in X-70 or ROIR then it will probably be gobbled up by corps who need fuel in a hurry or are lazy.
Good luck!

Heh, I think you FoE boys have 'liberated' enough pods form our ships in the past.
Thanks for all your feedback though, I'll look at the systems mentioned.

Torrinos is a .5 system that is connected to empire by .5+ sytems.
For the bold seller, try ROIR or X-70 6-8 jumps into 0.0 -The mind is strong and the flesh is weak, but oh the flesh... |

saranen is on the edge of 0.0 but it's a 0.2 with nothing but <0.5 between it and nonni. if you're looking for a good market i would recommend torrinos or ibura. torrinos' market is way overpriced but im not too sure the availablity of factories/office space. Director, Divine Retribution

Ice products in torrinos will not sell well unless you have an established contract with the northern POS community. The corps that run them are big enough to have small armies of haulers to get their gear to torr. However, if you are a hard worker and capable of moving 500k m3 in any given day without groaning or whining, feel free to drop me an eve mail and i'll put you in contact with the powers that be. That being said, some things DO sell VERY well in torr. (i'll throw u a bone here). I've been selling scanner propes @ 250k in torr like they were glacier water in the desert. Some clown bought 20m worth off me in a single shot at a very large profit. Other things you might want to consider selling in torr: Blackbirds (5-6m'ish) Mining barges (10m/ret or 40m/cov) Shield boost amps (500k) Cargo expander I (check market, undercut by 100 isk) Projectile ammo (x2 your cost).
Hope this helps,
C.H.
