The RUS -fighters- are very elite and sportsmanlike.
The RUS carebears are....I don't know, cache is too far away for my taste.
But on the other hand, logging out while scrambled is one of the things ppl should get very serious warnings for and for a few warnings a temp ban. And then of course for a few temp bans a perm ban comes along.
