KIA has as many know recently reformed, and intend on making an impact n the overgorwn market of Merc Corps that reside within the Eve universe. As such we have spent a few days searching our souls as to the way we hold ourselves. SO From this moment going forward, we will NEVER engage neutrals in any space unless provoked. Only Corps set to -10 will be enagaged outside of our current contractual obligations. +10 corps are only those that currently reside in the PA and IMP/G alliances, these will recieve our help when we are asked. Current -10 Corps BOB Forces Evolution RKK ATUK MOO KROM DEATHROW INC NEMESIS SHINRA (if continued support for BoB forces) BNC S******DLY TDG JOKERS BONE COLLECTORS BLOODLORDS We will endeavour to set ALL known Pirate corps to -10 of course. SO If your not in the above -10 list, and you see a KIA pilot in your space, you have a choice to make. You shoot, then we move you to -10, you don't and you stay neutral. I will try to get a url of a hosted and updatyed list of our standings. Whilst I fully understand this is hardly MAJOR news, it may help tide the ridiculous amount of eve mails I am getting askin me to set corps to +10. I take it this means that you will not accept contracts against the aforementioned alliances? With regard to your list of 'pirate' corps, if you intend to become mercs... why do you care about teh ebil pirates? You state that you wish to have an impact in the Mercenary profession, yet you are eliminating quite a crop of potential clients / targets with those lists. As for Ebil pirate corps, we assume that if we see them in 0.0, they will fire upon us, so setting them to -10 just gives our pilots a heads up. Good luck, Eddz, but ime the most successful mercenary's are those who have no friends, no enemies, no feelings. Just contracts. Just targets. I think you're making yourself up to be dragged in to the political quagmire that are alliances with this move. But, as I say, best of luck.

So, yeah, if it's -5.0 then we tend to send a few rounds thier way as well. I'm sure there are a few select people we wouldn't shoot as well, we just haven't really sat down to figure out who they are yet! Best of luck to you guys. I'm sure you'll do well. EDIT - the reasons we probably wouldn't shoot at someone is if they are paying us to kill someone else or providing us with some sort of irreplaceable service like... ermm... hmmm... To me it has been like casting away binding chains and really getting to play eve the way I always wanted too. I am sure your old friends in the PA and IMP would understand. I am not trying to tell you how to run your corp, just my opinion as a CEO in eve.
