OK, I just lost my second Apoc to this lvl 4 damsel thing. Please tell me, oh great mission runners, is there some neat trick I¦m missing here? I have no problems with any other of the level 4 missions, just this one! How is it possible to do this? And also, it does not seem at all possible to finish this in the 45 minutes they give as timeframe for the bonus reward. Anyone get this done in time?
I¦m getting a noob ship and starting a mining career soon if this keeps up....

i stay at a range greater than 70km form zor and he wont shoot you. The bodyguards are nasty tho. Take them out first.

Well the second time I was killed 46.8 AUs away from the rats, having warped out, so I¦m asking for a replacement of that one. What would be the ideal armor hardener line-up for those rats btw?

These guys do all four types of damage so - lots of hardners
The Merc's are hard kill them first and move away from Zor. "The object of war is not to die for your corp, but to make the other b@##@#d die for his" |

Zor himself pretty much just spams Thermal Cruises. So depending how you are hardened might depend who you try and take down first.

my lowslot setup: exp hardener, therm hardener, n-type passive kin hardener, l rep, m t2 rep, wcs, 1600 tungsten.
Wingmen first with CMs, then move out to range. The zazz frigs die in 2 CMs so i pop those next, then the cruisers. I leave zor til last as with resists he only does 97hp/missile.

Take out zor first..start shooting at him from far away..
you will get webbed and all by the small ships but once Zor is dead ..things quiet down.. you may have to warp a couple of time..so stay align with a station...i dont think they warp scramble on that one...
for this ,if my memory serves me well..2 thermal,one ballistic and one em.. i think we have several types of damage on this mission.
the loots from zor and the outpost are excellent Btw ....

just for reference if u have to warp out on this mission try to get straight back in and never start it and leave it for a while or u will have a very large amount of wingmen to kill.As for the bonus time i dont think any of the lv4 agent deadspace have average times yet so there all set at 45 mins.

Hmmm.... yes there WERE a few Merc Wingmen waiting when I went to finish the few rats I though I had left. Some 120 or so! Other petition here I come :)

Well, the first and fundamental trick to this (as to others) is not to target more than one group at a time so they don't all attack you. And not to target people until you're positioned to fight them (unless they're already shooting at you of course!)
Warp in, kill the wingmen as they attack immediately. They also respawn after a while so watch any haulers you bring in. Then pick off the other groups from range.
Fairly straightforward except for Zor - he's the dangerous one since AIUI he scrambles if you let him get close enough. Stay aligned and warp out if he gets too close - or indeed before this!

Well did that mission this morning in my Raven and Zor did shoot at me while being at 130 km and his torpedoes slammed my ship.
However when doing these missions at the beginning I did loose a Apoc too... mostly because of stupidity hehe as we where a group of friends doing it together and while they did shoot the remaining ships I went to loot his can and go boom.
Now back to this morning I was surprised to be hit by his missiles from that distance anyway after a few rounds back and forth I manage to take him out and the rest went pretty easy.

I dont know about the wingman buck but I seem to remember that these guys stayed in range of 5 km. So a good smartbomb might be good when you get swarmed by these guys.
Would be fun to see 120 wingman swarm you and get blown up in a couple of seconds with 3 smartbombs.
Never used smartbombs though so I dont know. Seriously Have I Not Said How I Can Assist Some One You Are Killing Online? |

they stay at about 8.5 km.. and you dont have time to blow them up.. your usualy dead before you can activate the item ..(its got a delay)
