I plan to be a pirate. I tried pve once and that was enough...never again. Not if my wife threatens to leave me. Not if the carebear king himself holds a gun to my head. Never again! My problem is that I'm a casual player and haven't had enough practice to get good at pvp yet. I joined RvB to learn but I don't like the way they play. Even as a noob I can tell that its the wrong way. I spend more time asking for 1v1's then actually having them. I can't help but imagine that I'd have more fights by moving to low sec and just forcing it on unsuspecting victims. I don't have much ISK due to my hatred for pve so I think I should go kill/steal/ransom right away.
I know the C&P folks are ALL trolls but you are my people so I will leave it up to you anyway. Stay in RvB till I'm out of money then go a viking or just quit red fef and gank RvB at the Jita 4-4 undock? Also, what pirate corp is willing to take in a malleable fledgling and make me their own? I play on weekdays for an hour or so at about 18:00 EVE time. >4.5M sp in Gallente and gunnery. Any takers?

Go out adn shoot **** in your area of space.
The new atron is a good little ship as well as the incursus to learn the rope of piracy.
See who is active in your area and fight them. you'll probably find yourself in a like minded corp pretty soon.
Black Dragon Fighting Society is a good bunch to hang with if your looking.

Maybe join the black rebel rifter club (public channel "the autocannon"). They're a nice bunch.
As for finding more kills in losec than 1v1s in RvB, I don't know, it's been a while since i've been in Rfed.. There's a lot of stuff in losec that is hard to catch because it doesn't want to be found, so your milage may vary. |

They have a feeder corp called "Black Dragon Fighting Society". Good pilots, good pirates and fun to fly against. |

If I might make a couple of comments and I'll not be trolling.
Firstly and this is gonna sound harsh, but with the way you play and the SP you have, no corp that would let you in is worth joining.
The road to piracy is a long one with many turns and dead ends.
So how would i do it now? Well...
I'd take a frig and start roaming Low sec and 0.0. You're tactics will have to be different, but the idea is the same. go get some!!!! |

this is pretty spot on. Of the many I have talked to about starting a career in piracy this is extremely true. Very very pilot dependent. GL
