This really is painfull to watch.
When you restart your 4th auction try a starting bid of 2-3 billion isk. This reflects the current price Faction BS get on the market.
you (snidd/pusycat/tank) obviously want 10bil+ for your hard work, so put in a 'Hidden reserve' this will allow you to ignore all the bids you get at the Auction end when you dont receive the price you want.
I dont really think you (snidd/pusycat/tank) are having your time wasted because your Pk's, or because of tanks notoriety. Its simply because you are out of touch with the rest of the trade community.
Sellers Do Not dictate the price of items in eve. An items price is set by its demand. at the moment you have had a few bids of 1bil, a couple at 2 bil, this reflects the demand for the ship (although its not really the true price as im sure you would have gotten higher bids if you had used the 'low starting bid/hidden reserve' system)
In previous failed Auctions for this item you put forward some very good reasons to why this ship is worth more than the other Faction BS ingame at the moment, and I totally agree with them, the ship may be worth 10bil isk to you, but sitting in your hanger unsold you must realise its not worth 10 bil to anyother player in eve.
Goodluck in your next auction, i'm sure you will get offers of atleast 4-5 bil if you follow the low starting/hidden reserve system, and once its finished you will actually have a accurate reflection of what this ships really worth.

you realize by not selling lower than your asking right now, more ppl will recive the bs and the price will drop even more. soon it will be the same as the cn raven and the price ppl will pay drop by a few bil. (i.e. get rid of it while its still rare)

Question, are those the base stats of the ship (i.e. the ship is not the active one at the time and you are simply "showing info"), or do those stats reflect someone's skills added in (the ship is active atm)?

I'd bid for this if I had the money.
Something people don't realize is that no matter what, Pirate Faction ships will ALWAYS be more rare than Empire Faction ships because the agents are only located in 0.0, and generally you'll have a tough time running them unless you're friendly with the alliance holding the space. Anybody and their mother can get a CN Raven.

Alternatively go read the trade 101 section.
If you had started this off on the right foot people would have fallen over themselves bidding for it. By setting a floor price higher than a realistic ceiling you have alienated a lot of bidders.
