Ha! Trolled y'all  .
Now that I got you to click this topic I will have to ask a question:
Back story: While exploring (radar/magnetometirc) I have lately been really lucky in not triggering additional npc spawns. (I have observed this for a significant numbers of sites, but as random is random I can not claim any funny stuff about CCP changing our beloved exploration, I just feel lucky for now).
I realized, I have no clue about what the risk for triggering the additional spawns actually is. Spawns happen when you fail att hacking and when you succed as well. Of course, having lower skills increases the chance of failing and thus triggering a "fail-spawn". Does the skill level affect the chance of getting a spawn or is it totally random? I.e. if a player with the salvaging skill lvl1 fails a salvaging attempt, is the chance of a spawn higher than if a player with salvaging 5 and a tech 2 salvager fails on the same can? Is there a difference in risk for a "success-spawn" for the aboved mentioned player skills when they both succed in opening the can?
The reason I have no clue myself is that I have put off training to lvl5 and getting tech2 stuff for too long and just done it all with lvl4 skills.
Finally, is there anything you can do to minimize the risk of an additional spawn (exept for increasing the skill and getting tech2 equipment)? |

I know I know, but technically I just used a different "headline" to get you to read what I had to say, happens every day in almost every newspaper in the world, but yes, I did expect to get "trolled back" :). |

To bad none seems to know the answer. Once I find the time to fly a badly skilled alt out and compare results to my main I might report back in a new post with an equally clever title! |

Whenever you dont trigger the spawns 60 times your loot always becomes garbage, sorry OP |
