fairly soon, we are not far off, we just need whatever missile changes to come, release of specialist missile skills and T2 modules then we're pretty much there for T2 ammo after we have more T2 defensive modules and advanced defensive skills (Offensive abilities far outweigth defence atm)
Oh and a un-nerfing of invunerbaility fields wouldn't go amiss.

Add "nerf amaar lasers so it doesnt take ship skill level 5 with 2 damage bonuses to outdamage them" to the list before they can come out.
Seriously if these come out BEFORE the above is added in and balanced,the balance is just gonna fly out of the window even more than now.Im not talking hanging out the window anymore,im talking completely and utterly lost in the starry sky of never land.

What you mean ? They are fine as they are, or do you want them back up to 75% cos that was just silly. Heck Why not bring back stackable MWD's so we can Zoom around at stupid speeds.
All Changes that have or are coming into effect have have made and will make EvE Alot better.

cap use numnuts 
dont get me started on armour tanking vs shield tanking or i'll whack you with energised adaptive nano membrane II's which use no cap whatsoever

Pretty sure hes talking about the cap use, 50 cap per 3 secs is alittle much.
