Not as good as the old effect, but we've waited so long most will accept anything it seems.  CCP Zulu.....Forcing players to dock at the captain's quarters is a form of what we actually wanted to get through, which is making Incarna a seamless part of the EVE Online experience. |

The new effect is poor at best, the fact that so may like the new one just shows how poor the current cyno is and how long the old has been gone.

The new cyno jump effect, (which took years) looks like a smartbomb effect simply bolted on. Then ship appearance timings make it look even worse. So much for the awesome that we were promised. Those are really cool and great looking. But we'll never have anything as good I'm afraid, they love smartbomb effects too much.

also when it hits the edge of the system have it make a cool thunder sound. or show lightning cracking space time!
also play with the thunder sound. think in real life how light moves faster than sound, show the flash and then the sound should be like BOOM. Sorry but it is still a poor relative of the original. It's basically now a smartbomb effect.
