Zdragva stole 4 BPOs worth over a billion isk each from his former corp. He also is a known pirate and lab slot scammer.
BTW, good idea about this website were we can report crimes people IN AN ONLINE GAME comitted. Anyone who tries to throw legal bull**** at you is dead wrong. You are noty collecting information about the PLAYER, you are colecting information about an assortment of pixels and text which make up individual characters in an online game. There are no laws which, made by any govornment or by CCP which say you cannot talk about someones character on a mesageboard or information storing website. If so, we couldent even talk about anyone on even these msgboards unless they specificly said we could, sending a signed notarized document to us in the mail. Grow up people. Nothing wrong with keeping a database of evil deeds done by characters in a GAME.
Prove me wrong.

"Sounds good enough to use, Thanks Z you must be a law student."
And you must be retarded for thinking that there exists any law which has effect over what information I offer to the public concerning the actions of a fictional character in a fictional world.
Seriously. Try to envisious a REAL LIFE Judge hearing a case where a man is claiming his privacy was violated when someone posted "Captain Skywalker stole 600 scordite from a corporation ore container located in the Lonetrek region. He also stole 3 heavy neutron blasters and 2 Scorpion blueprints."
Get a life man.

LOL. All I ever said is that no legal action can be taken against you as a result of you posting reasonable information onto a website about the in game actions of a character.

He is right you know. Not many people even have the skills to make a perfectly photoshoped image and make a perfectly flawless log file etc, LET ALONE the desire to spend hours doing so, just to send in a fake report. And then once it is sent it, the person they are accusing will be able to defend himself. If it is found that the report might not be true, then I'm sure the moderators of the database will side on the accused and not post the reference. No harm done. Of course, if over the corse of 6 months the same guy keeps getting reported by 20 diff people from a full spectrum of corps all with good evidence, then the scammer will be revealed. Many scammers prolly wont even bother to defend their "good name." And those who do wont have the evidence to back up their lies for long.
All in all it is a GREAT idea and if it gets popular will make EVE a much better place.

How pathetic. How amazingly pathetic. If you can say on a msgboard "Captain Kirkman is a pker and he lied to me about what ship he was going to duel me in!" without there being any problems (and of course you can) then you can also copy and paste that text and store it on a player made website. If in a game I can say that TomTheSpaceMan said "I am going to pk you and take all your isk!" then you can also claim on a mesageboard or player ran website that TomTheSpaceMan said that to you.
But really the bottom line is, a judge would NEVER EVER let some disgruntled nerd sue you becasue, as he claims, you told people that he stole 540 veldspar from your corporation.
"Your honor. I am suing Joe Hanks because he told people who posted it on a website that I sold him a light neutron blaster I instead of a light neutron blaster II."
Can you imagine that?
I'm sorry. but first of all, no one is going to try to sue you over this. Second of all, if they did they would lose. Period. The case would get thrown out.
As people already stated, by playing EVE you agree that nothing you do or say in it is private.
