I have 432.54 points with a level 1 research agent. I understand that handouts are meant to be rare, and my agent is only level 1, but when will she start paying up? I get 5.28 RP a day from her, which means I have gone for 81 days with no returns at all (not even a christmas present  )
from the time I invested in the otherwise useless science skills.

Simple answer is don't hold your breath. There are players who have had R&D agents for literally years and not had anything from the BPO lottery.

After a few months you'd expect that they'd at least give you options to reject like a Lvl1 BPO with high ME research. That's why they call it a lottery though.

i've had a lvl1 agent on the go since R&D came out, i have ~50k in Caldari starship, i get the feeling i might get a shuttle bp any day now. I get 66RP a day.

well, considering the fact you've got to compete with players who run missions for lvl4 r&d agent now, they make probably TONNES more points than you've ever made in a year, with that lvl1, simply by doing a few weeks of research time.

Second that for me.
I too have very near 50k RP and have had my agent pretty much since they were introduced (over a year).
With my luck I figure I'll get a microsmartbomb BPO in the next 6 months.
As others have said...don't hold your breath.
