Ok I would like an offical word on what is wrong with the bat? It has been requested to be taken off sig's so I have done so but no explantion as to why. The one possable reason I can think of is that it featured a certain celebritys face, so how about this version?

Honest answer? Someone has a bit too much starch in clothing never meant to have starch. The changes I'd recommend at this point are
1) Remove CCP's logo from the bat
2) Put Richard Simmons back
3) Cover all ethnic and gender bases by making it a group photo. Adding Liberace, Rupaul and Ellen Degeneress to the photo.
Everyone will get the point ;)

Personally I agree there was nothing wrong with it as far as I could see hence why I started using it. But obviously someone had a major issue with it and I would like to know what it is/was, if only to prevent future problems with similar sig's/statements
p.s image had a bad transparency layer which is now fixed.

you know I seeing as we have had no offical reply to this thead I belive its just that the ccp team are asleep. Guess pann will have a fit when she sees how many bats are on the forum now.

i dunno about that, I heard that all we needed to do was remove Richard Simmons and it would be OK.
I guess only time will tell.

true I heard that to, hence why I edited it out of the image. I was just looking at some of the threads and the bat is on 90% of the posts on some of them, just would be highly amusing if they went happy with it though :)

You know what, this confusion of not being sure what your doing is right or wrong with the sig is the same confusion between m0o and CCP ingame. You think what your doing is within the limits of the game and fine and next thing you know you got a few uber CONCORD battleships with maxxed skill GM pilots crammed down your throat. We are all walking on thin ice hehe. |

If ccp puts a ship in game how can you say it is not the way it was intended to be?
And if it takes more then a week to fix a mistake they should reimburse all the isk that the mistake cost, the players.
