C'mone CCP guys! What's up with these endless and repetitive offers for exactly half of your LP amount?
Why, after so many refusals, can't my agent finally take the hint that I DON'T WANT THIS GOD DAMNED CALDARI NAVY SIEGE LAUNCHER for 350k lps (yeah, riiight! lol!) that he keeps offering me for the umpteenth time?
Do I have to grind these missions till I've got 1.2mil LPs to get my agent to offer me a CN Raven?!
Why not just implement a system where your agent is a bit more intelligent than that and won't try to offer you something that you've refused before? Is that too much to ask for, guys, ugh?

How about a system similar in some respects to the Research System, in that you can inform your agent that your only really interested in certain types of loyalty offers.
It'll cut down on the number of defunct offers whilst still keeping a certain level of randomness in the offers.

I accumulated about 20-30k LP with 4 agents. Each of them offers me mining crystals
All for various amounts of LP and ISK in return. Puhleeez!!

Great idea.
Why not just have an "Offer Service" for your agent that you can talk to every 4 hours (so not to overload the system).
1. I need work. 2. Can you do me a favor? => "Yeah sure what is it my friend?"
1. I'm looking for an implant. 2. I'm looking for a ship. 3. I'm looking for some modules for my ship. 4. I'm looking for some skill books. etc...
=> "Sorry nothing I can service you for at the moment. Maybe some other time."
OR
=> Display a message box just like the Offer tab in the Mission window that has all the offers that this agent is able to give to you with your current LP.
Add another tab that allow you to "Ignore" certain offers - this will reduce server lag and shorten the list.
You can right click and "Show Details" for the available offers just like you can in the Mission's Offer tab.
You select the offer and press [ACCEPT] in the dialog box and you are presented the offer like normal.
Offers are static atm so they can be cached locally to further reduce database load.
What do you think?

Great, with slight problem : CCP will say its "too easy" to get the offers you want or "its not random enough".

Edited by: Vicker Lahn''se on 23/03/2005 03:38:23 *Vicker Lahn'se walks to a local clothing store to buy a pair of pants. At the door, he is greeted by his clothing agent.*
"Hello Vicker, would you like this fine leather jacket I just got in stock?" -"No thanks."
*Vicker returns at a later time to talk to the agent again.*
"Hey, I've got a really nice pair of swade shoes here. You interested?" -"Sorry, no."
*Once more Vicker leaves and returns.*
"How about this fancy silk dress?"

an agent WOULD pull that kind of crap... everyone knows you'd have to have the suede shoes to go with the dress... sadistic bastards.
