I'm at work and I'm bored, that said:
I was wondering if anyone has come up with a precise figure on what each attribute implant costs nowadays. And has the market for these started to settle down?
Obviously demand, will dictate the price, however most people don't deal with the purchasing of implants on a regular basis and could easily blow too much money not being able to research the market due to a lack of info/or product availibility.
So, if one of you implant tycoons could fill in the gaps:
Charis +1 = $$$ +2 = $$$ +3 = $$$ +4 = $$$
Percep +1 = $$$ +2 = $$$ +3 = $$$ +4 = $$$
Intell +1 = $$$ +2 = $$$ +3 = $$$ +4 = $$$

I sold a +2 memory for 36 mil
There were sell offers as high as 55 mil, and buy offers as high as 25 mil.

+1 Perception / Willpower on escrow near noob systems for 1 mill ISK regularly.
+3 Perception 32-36mill
+3 Willpower 60-65mill
I'll refrain from commenting on the others.

Just put a +3 willpower up on market in yulai for 56mill, and that is a good 8mill cheaper then i have seen them anywhere

+1 Mem: 7-9 mill
+1 Int: 8 mill
+3 perc: 38-40 mill
+1 Willp : 1 mill
+2 willp: 17-18 mill

go to the auction forum and bid on my +3 perception it's only at 25 mil atm.

+3 intell: 95-100mil
+3 Will: 55-60mil
+3 Per: 30-35mil
+3 Char: 27-32mil
+3 Mem: 83-92mil

Implant prices are too high if they expect  's to go into unsecure space. If a +3 implant was around 10-15 million then people would be more inclined to go into unsecure space.

AS luck would have it, this is a capitalist market. I sell perception +3 implants between 60 - 120 mil. (60mil only if I need isk in a hurry) It all depends on where in Eve I wish to place it, and whether or not you are willing to pay the isk to get what you want.
For my +4 perception I have sold 2 in the last four months for over 200million isk, Though I havenĘt sold one in awhile now. Hell one of my Intel +3 went for 170mil not to long ago. I don't care whether these sell or not, though I am interested in what I can actually sell one for. Right now I have 1 +3 Perception, and 1 +4 Perception left in my inventory. I have had that +4 for 2months now and I can't seem to get a buyer to pay above 150mil for one. But I aint selling it. Hell I would barely part with my +3 for less then a hundred million. But that is the way of the market. And I think its awesome! Sure my implants might sit on the self for a few months, but thatĘs how things are inside Eve, sooner or later I will get what I want.
BTW i was one of the few who saw the endless profits from buying up all the Diplomatic skill books. I made so much money on those after the patch, I was buying stuff for the sake of buying it. I just couldn't deal with having that must isk and wanting for nothing. BTW that was just a hint to you folks looking for the next best thing to buy up, while planning for the future.  I have made a killing with both pc and npc out here on the market, with all kinds of items. And its something I do once in a great while. Those of you who want to make this a sport, all the secrets to success are right there in front of you. Seriously, just open up the market and look.
BTW I still have diplomacy skills left, 20million for those who really know they need it, or maybe I will put one on the market for some lucky person who'll gladly pay 5million for one... When I paid 140K each for 500 or maybe it was 1500 of them. Yeah its been fun. 
My point, the market inside Eve works the same as it does out here in RL. Supply and demand. If you refuse to pay more then an item is worth, or what you are willing to part with in order to get it, then good for you. But, there are so many that have to much isk and want when they want it, that people like me will make a killing each time. Or, as it has been these last few months with my perception implant, if you the buyer says no I wont pay X amount, IĘll pay this. Then the market will adjust to you, if the person holding that item really needs the isk more then he has the time to wait you out.
