I want to sell my the chars from my second account. You can evemail me ingame or post your interest in this thread. There is no deadline, but when I get an offer that is interesting enough for me.
If you are interested, you need to pay the 20€ for transfering the char to another account (can be paypal or via bank account) plus offer me ISK or Items ingame as I will continue playing with my main account.
The chars are
Cole Darkman, an Amarrian Pilot that can pilot Iteron Mark Vs, has refining effeciency lv5 and medium combat skills. The best combat ship he can fly is is Amarrian Cruisers. He is able to do lv3 agent missions but is focused on industrial skills. Full sheet under http://bct.clanintern.de/Cole_Darkman.xls

Unfortunately thats against the EULA. Seller must pay the transfer fees.

It can be done,sort of, talk to a GM about it. (no paypal or anything like that though)
In short,
The buyer would transfer a noob char from his account to the seller's paying with his credit card and the rest would be up to CCP to handle.
The seller then would just let his account normaly expire.
edit: ofcourse the fact that he won't pay the transfer fee greately reduces the character's selling price... I wouldn't pay over 100mil tbh

Well this is quite simple to me: I will cancel my subscription for this alt account anyway, but keep my main. Since I don't want to waste my chars, I will give them away for ingame isk or items or anything BUT of course I do not want to pay the transfer as I could obviously just let my accountsubscription run out and instead use 40€ for isk/items instead.
I will check the EULA, if that should turn out to be impossible, I will just cancel and leave it.
