I'm about a week away from getting into a Prophecy BC...I've done a little research today regarding the maximum CPU settings you can have in a Prophecy and a good mining setup...tell me what you think:
Prophecy has 350 CPU capacity standard...add Electronics IV skill and 4 CoProcessor II's and that brings my CPU up to 588...Powergrid is not an issue, as this is a mining setup.
HI SLOTS Miner II x 6 (480 CPU)
MED SLOTS Cap Recharger II x 2 (30 CPU) Survey Scanner (5 CPU)
LO SLOTS CoProcessor II x 4 Hull Expander x2/Nanofiber x2
Keep in mind I do not need any defense, as my corpmates in 0.0 will clear the belts for me. Is this the most efficient setup for a BC in terms of ore per hour. Also keep in mind that I'm not looking to get into a BS for at least another month or 2.
Any feedback would be helpful!

switch out the nanofibers for a t2 armor repairer and a wcs. Add a rocket launcher with defenders as well.
Scoundrel for hire. Dragons Rescued, Virginity Cured. No Brigandry Too Small. No Fee Too Large.

If you have corpmates clearing the belts then just go with hull expanders. I am unsure if two cap 2 will keep this setup running forever. I think I had to toss a few more cap recharge mods on mine with 6 miner II.

Good idea with the defender missiles...does anyone know if a Prophecy can handle 6 Miner II's w/ 2 Cap Rechargers with the proper skills?

start your miners 10seconds apart to ease cap issues and keep a steady flow of ore to your cargo..
60/Number of miners = # of seconds to stagger miner activation.

I mine with my Prophecy without any problems and run 6 miner IIs and a heavy and only 2 cap recharge I's. The cap never dropes below 40%.
