But whether devolution at this point is a bad thing or not is up to each and every one to decide. Anyways, I support the "Molle ran out of standing slots, decided to get attention" theory. That, combined with the fact that Evol members were probably being bored to hell doing nothing fighting alliances (which is what these wars usually boil down to... nothing).
