Nice to have a new font however, it is horribly oversized.
When displayed on a 1920x1028 resolution the overview window is unuseable. |

Dont forget to add velocity, radial velocity and trans velocity to that overview.
It's all part of their new direction. If your screen is taken up by ugly giant overview, fleet and watchlist tabs then they won't need to worry about ship skins or new nebulae. |

Agree, new font is too big. Doesn't seem to be affected by font size in general settings. |

You saw it on 1920x1080. Now imagine 1280x1024.
Yes I do that. No, there is not space to spare. Not for this font, to be sure. |

New font does nothing to improve any issues with the old font. I find it harder on the eyes, and find the lack of configuration options to be a negative point - who cares about font size in context windows, when I want to change font across all windows.
Our current font on Tranquillity seems fine, and has the a decent config option already there.
I don't see this new font as being a positive step. Please reconsider this direction. |

The main issue with the previous fonts is the similarity between characters. S and 5, O and 0... just to name a few.
This new font definitely solves those issues, but it's very big and, in my opinion, it looks very bland. I much prefer the expanded font. If that's still available, I will definitely use it, as I haven't had any issues figuring out which character is what.
There were many complaints regarding the character similarities. I remember seeing a 20+ page thread about the whole thing in General Discussion.
It would, of course, be great if the older fonts received tweaks to remove their character similarities. EVE has some nice fonts, and I'd hate to see them go in complete favor of this new font. (Which isn't THAT bad as it resolves some issues, but still.) |

but now its to large and so many bug its released front the font

Just to provide a balance to the above post, the new font is terrible. I absolutely hate it. I prefer the old font and have no issues reading it, nor have I for the past 8 years.
This more than anything as of late is going to drive me away from Eve. |

Are you seriously want to change old EVE font type to this new one? If yes, don't do that. This new font type is awful, terrible and ugly. I can barely bear the pain in my eyes when I'm looking at this font type. Leave the old one or make the option to change between this fonts type. |

Seems it is no joke whats more because some have said they like it CCP have dedided not to listen to us (the ones that dont like it) and will be rolling it out anyway. As for being able to select the old font over the new one from what I have read this will not be an option either. There I was thinking that the way to keep customers happy was to give them choices but what do I know. |

@CCP please leave the old font, just redesign that few letters/digits and every one will be happy. Or, for GODs Love, let us choose old or new one in future. |

I absolutely agree. I've been testing BF3 more than I've played EVE in the last month :P

MY issue with the new font isn't that its horrible, its just that it's too big, and a lot of the boxes don't scale with it, so the text either overflows or get clipped, I kind of wish there was an option to change the font size, as its making my screen look tiny and incredibly cramped |
