Nw this is getting annoying for many people i guess. 10's thousands of rp's and not a offer since research agents came out and 5 agents being used. i keep hearing of people getting multiple offers and belive that this current system is somehow flawed/bugged. I checked sisi server today and Ihad 2 t2 bpo offers. seeing as its a mirror of a month or so back and everyone prob had roughly the same rp's how comes there im getting offers and not in tranq. Please ccp look into this or at least change the system to how t2 bpo's are handed out like the current agent rewards and lp's ,then that there wont be any 15mil cap recharger 2's and other outlandishly priced t2 mods as people will have more of a choice to get a bpo they actually want.
A comment from devs would be nice, but im sure theyll ignore this like the last few emails (bug reports) i sent.

Hi mate.
Been a while since i tested on sisi (pre exodus) but i was getting t2 bpo offers every 4 hours or so !! Looks like thats deliberate, probably in order to test new bpo's being released ???
Otherwise, I agree about the system being wrong but from what I remember, one of the devs stated there were no plans to change it

Why is the system wrong?
Everybody taking this path knew it was a lottery. I know it's frustrating but thats what you signed up for. You were given no promises that you would be picking up an uber bpo like clockwork.
Even with 50k-500k RP the odds have to be against you.
The guys with the cap II rechargers have done a magnificent job of making a cartel and setting the price. Other bpo owners could do the same

Yes we knew this.
I've not spoken to my agent in months, the rp keep building and one day I may get lucky with a tech 2 offer but what will i have done to earn that bpo ?
Why not introduce a system that rewarded hard work and dedication to a field much like the lp system for agents.
Thats my 2 isk.

the systems wrong when a character is getting multiple bpo's in tranq and others getting none. i belive there is something wrong with the lottery system and also that t2 bpo's should be gained in a similar way to the agent offers for lp's. just my opinion thou.

You don't "earn" skillpoints in EVE either. You just buy a subscription, wait a year and fly interceptors and HAC's and claim to "own". That, however is another story. It IS an example of "what did I do to earn this?" though.
