just crashed in the middle of the vengence mission here is the result..
a petition to CCP
I have just lost my fitted fited raven with 6, arbalests, named nost, Navy shield amp, dread balisic control (fully fitted) becuase the server died doing a Vengence mission. Here is the kill mail

last time I lost a ship due to server drops I did not get all my stuff back. But I had so much named stuff on this including the 6 arbalest sieges, named ballisctic (Dread), and navy shield amp.
I hope I have given you all the info you need to be able to giev all the stuff back.
My can has gone! even though it does not list all the loot. I went back to the deadspace location there is no can.
the mission was In Inoue, from Kikosuda Partoh.
Hope you can help.

i had fully fitted mods on this. worth 750 million, now I have to wait around 2 days to get it back.
does anyone know from past expeirence if I will get all the mods back, as when my ship blew there was no can dropped

Petition in game by pressing F12. I doubt CCP will respond to a Petition posted on General Discussion forums.

what you see here is the contents of the peition this is done in game as well so they know about it.
just hoping I get everything back. as equipement listed above is not everything just it happens the can was not there either.

See, there are risks in doing lvl 4 missions in hisec! You won't be getting anything back because you are a living proof!

i should not loose ships due to crappy server brownouts- Im upset due to this.
Id understand and accept the loss if is was my own silly fault such as not killing ships in correct order.

I know how to fly the missions. I fit the good mods so I am can do more ROF. Hence less chance of dying when the servers work.
Original question was > Will they give me ALL the stuff back under this circumstance.

I think you'll get your stuff back... but it may take some time, you are not the only filed petition during this problem.... they should probably take the server down till its fixed...

I feel your pain. I lost a Harpy fitted with t2 mods (doesn't compare to your raven but still sucks) earlier today to a disconnect. When I got back in I was in my pod. I was however able to pickup my loot can which had some of my mods. Just a heads up though I petitioned and the GM said they won't replace it :(

I understand this its mearly me venting my fustration part of this.
Petition is filed. While i wait pretty much no point in playing as I am much a full time mission runner.
There is no way I am shopping around and buying another with all these mods. Would take ages.

tThen whats the point in having good equipment? Loosing valuable ships in combat or to acts from other players is one thing, loosing it to an out of game problem (such as the server issues) is very different.
