Just to state, maybe this will help find what you are looking for. The char you are requesting is a bit odd, would be easier to find a straight triage carrier pilot. This will be cheaper than buying a half SC carrier pilot like mine. But the combination of low and high skills that you are asking for is rare and still tends to lead towards more of a low skilled SC pilot which are at a higher price than a triage carrier pilot that will have Carriers 4 and then the rest of the skills you want. Also it is unclear if you want a Archon and Thanny pilot or just one or the other :) hope this helps

The reason it maybe a little unclear is I've just listed skills it MUST have, and will look over character sheets to make sure the other skills meet my criteria (or close to).
