EVE Search - Overkill in 0.4

Dreez	Posted - 2003.07.04 11:26:00 - [1] Was kinda bored and thought i would kill me some pirates in my Thorax the last 45 minutes so i went and bought 4 Heavy Pulse+4 Radios. Started to take out Saboteurs in 1 salvo - very fun and extreme overkill. Think im gonna try 5 Heavy beams with Radios and 4 CUS ( Improved Heatsinks) in a 0.2 system soon and see what can come out of that. Anyone here who sells Gauss or Heavy Modulated Beams ?. bwt ..a Thorax Vs any other Cruiser and the Thorax Owns.. depending on if the other cruiser uses a smartbomb or not. 10 Scouts and 4 HMB and even a MOA is ripped within seconds.. It usually can't sustain a fight with lasers against a Maller, however, and lasers are garbage against people with Therm and EM wards. Generally speaking though, against pirates lasers rule, in PvP I think it is a much different situation.

Magie	Posted - 2003.07.04 12:38:00 - [5] Laser + Radio M is good to long rang fight. The Dmg is EMP ,good to shield not good to Armor. With EMP tactical Shield is Damage low in PVP :)

dalman	Posted - 2003.07.04 12:44:00 - [7] Fighting NPC, HYBRIDS rule. Just keep the pirates at 20km + and they will only hit with some missiles. Using some hardeners, they don't hurt much. But in PvP, hybrids are still worst choice. M.I.A. since 2004-07-30
