Un"Smeging"believable

Prince Kobol 628	Posted - 2012.10.22 20:58:00 - [1] - Quote So me and a few corpies decided to go play with IMP L in Scalding Pass this evening, We decided to go in a "Kitcken Sink" BC and Cruiser fleet, we just went for some **** and giggles. We flew all the way to 28Y as we know that is is where DRD hangs out. After killing one IMP we arrived at our destination. IMP L was double our number but meh. We shot at their POCO's, Station, Trolled in local to try and get a response but nothing.. zilch so after about 15 mins we moved on, About 8 jumps later we suddenly realised that we were missing one. After calling his name on TS, doing shout out in Alliance and Fleet chats for about 5 mins we realised there was a pretty good chance he had fell asleep. One of his corp mates checked his corp status and realised that he was still in 28Y. We decided to fly back expecting to see his corpse floating outside his station. We arrived back in 28Y, warped to the station to find his ship (a cane) still floating outside the undock. He was the the only blue (to us) in system with approx 30 reds (all IMP L) sitting on the undock of their station for approx 20mins fast asleep. It wasn't until we got back to 28Y and fleet warped him away from station he woke up :) I can not believe he was sitting outside a red station, being the only red in system, asleep for over 20mins and nobody un-docked and killed him. I know IMP L is bad but OMG

I decided to move one of my clones, and deleted one of my null ones. I have no idea why I even had a clone in the back end of 760-9C, but I had to travel through that region, Curse, and the Great Wildlands just to get a courtesy podding. I was in a freaking rookie ship, and no one would come help me:( I finally set my destination to Dodixie, and the final jump before the single lowsec jump I get podded by a gatecamp. Although, you were able to find a system with 15 people in it, Kudos. The only system I passed through in those 40odd jumps that had more than 3 was the system I finally got my courtesy podding. Used to be I could undock and get my "courtesy podding" before I could even type "please". Sob... Reminds me of a time when in WH space one of our guys fell asleep while guarding a WH from some aggressors. He was lucky the Vent admin moved me down with him into a private channel while I screamed at the top of my lungs to wake him up... ...it worked. EvE is not about PvP.-á EvE is about the SANDBOX!

I fell asleep while we were bashing a TCU in Maelstroms, and I woke up several hours later to find my Maelstrom sitting at the same place where the TCU was. I proceeded to fly back to Y-2ANO during late US TZ and nobody bothered me on the way back. I had to fight to push it out so I kinda know what child birth is like now, I named it jim. Anyways I was like "Ugh I need a nap after a poop like that" so I went to take a nap on the couch and didn't wake up till it was time for work the next day. I logged into Eve and my drake was blown up by some jerks five minutes before downtime. Anyways I'm glad we are all sharing stories it makes me feel like the eve community is growing.
