I want to thank CCP for this stunning night. As I was in B-vip I got podde by -ASS-. Well, i returned to my homestation as my first clone :(.
I wanted to activate my BS but I couldnt activate it. I petitioned, and with 1 min (no lying here) they transfered me to another system about 13 jumps away from my home base.
I replied that I needed to go to my home base cause the nmi's were in B-VIP. My raven popped up in the ships list on the system which I was currently ehmm.... teleported to. Then the dev said to board my ship and send him a msg.
I told him, beam me up scotty. And 5 mins later i was flying in my home space again. Now, im the fastest man who ever traveled 13 jumps in 5 mins.
So, was this the jump drive technology? Damn, very good service. You must be the employee of the month. What a hell of a ride!

Damn im still screwed cant undock but its hilarious to see that i get manually undocked and stuff.

Dozen times. If i try to activate my hardners is says its offline, buts its online. So im totally bugged. Hope CCP can compensate. Cause they say wait till downtime. But thats like 15 hours away?

I had a station container that got lost in hyperspace on a direct trade between my two accounts when a node crashed.
I petitioned it and got an amazing quick and professional response.

My dealings with the GMs indicate that they are fair and just people. They are operating as best they can within the constraints of the game and they are extraordinarilly helpful :).

After my experience with VIBES, I don't think I'll ever say a harsh word about CCP.

Yup, gotta say, 99% of the time the GMs I have to communicate with are pretty level headed.
Sometimes they say to do assinine things (delete Cache w/o telling you how to backup settings), but that's extremely rare.
Considering how much we can crank up the flamethrower when we're petittioning and peeved to the hilt they manage to get what we're saying and fix it... or point us to the gangplank into nothingness.
