as I was told to do...
"Do not ignore instructions of the TDG and Teddysbear flight personell. If you have a carghold full of Zydrine convo them before entering FD-MLJ and pay 20% toll"
I hate small warp field disruptors ;)

do not pay toll.
If you need transport valuable stuff through deadly space convo me. Deep Space Service will haul your cargo AND we pay you 20-100% insurance(depends on our deal) if we loose a charge - so it is realy save for you.

I look forward to the day you are going to pay us a toll to not lose your precious cargo, and you have to pay your very unsatisfied customer. We just might consider not ask for a toll, but haul your cargo instead

Are you honestly saying you'd charge less than 20% to pull high end mins through hostile blockades with 100% insurance?

I lost a ship doing my first mission out there. I was moving Antibiotics some 7 jumps. It was all fine until I ran into about 7 yellow-listed players. Lost me good ol' La Cecilia (Thorax) which I built with my own minerals, which took me about 15 days in a Navitas. Im staying out of 0.0 these days.

Just broadcast in local radio channel that you strike colors and your ship will not get destroyed (unfortunatly CCP didnt code the strike colors button yet). Do this in time - for example when you are cloaked after a jump. Your ship will get warpscrambled, maybe damaged, then scanned, we check your characters age and we adapt prices. A two month old player with a Thorax might have to pay 1 mil ISK. An old FA-industrialist has to give 20% of his cargo, though.

Just a short sory :
I was thinking passing in FD. I've discuss with lifewir about price ( i'm a really poor ppl, 5 millions is a big things for me). I pass the first time with no payement.
Seconde times, same days , same system. I try to pass. I pass, they follow me, 1 sys, 2 sys....
arrff bad they catch me.....
I shut down shield hardener, stop ship and start talking ....
result : after i've wait they come with a cargo scanner, they let me pass with a fee in ratio of my cargo.
I've try, i've fail to pass, they catch me ... i've RP like a normal man, no log, no other things ....
was a good time ....

Well, This deal only applies to non-IMP, non-FA and so on, my ApoC was torn apart by small ships from TDG/TDBRS , which took a little bit of time, and no ransome was offered at all.  Too bad too, prolly woulda forked over a nice chunk o change had ya said somethin.

I was killed in FD-MLJ, and I was never warned as I remember it. I warped to the gate, and was instantly targetted and fired upon. Mind you, I was so terrified I didn't even act, I just watched the fire. It is possible I might have missed any warnings, but it sure as hell seemed to me like it wouldn't have mattered. Im not complaining though, I was the stupid one thinking it was all safe since there were no people around. I shouldv'e known why...

Alliance navy ships wont get tolled much. They usually come to gank us. It also can happen that we go for loot only - but 1 thing for sure: if you enter our tolling system and broadcast in time in local radio channels that you want to pay, you wont get destroyed as long you do not try to trick us. Once you try escaping or shooting us time for discussions (RP) are mostly over. And sorry - there is no time to toll a ship that enables mwd to go the 15km to gate. That¦s why i hope much that CCP one day codes the "strike colors button" which should cause that your ship gets a filled white bracket, cannot move, warp or activate weapons for the time it is in the "strike colors" mode. Killing a ship with white flag should be possible but it also should give a -5.0 sec. hit. It wouldnt be very honorfull to shoot people that gave up (war crime). An option to grab cargo of a ship with white flag would make it perfect.
Unfortunatly CCP do code guns&missiles for 2 years now and now found out that ECM is not fine - i think ECM is working very good. Let¦s hope they one day find out what the game needs.

Perhaps it is posible to charge you only 20% for a 100% secure run - depends on what you want :)
But i guess you misunderstand it: My runs are insured 20% till 100% of cargo value. The 20% insurance is included in the base price. If you like more as 20% insurance the price will raise a little bit. The price for one run depends on factors like jump count, deadlyness of the route, cargo value, size and of course customers face :)
