for every customer that complains and makes a fuss rogue, ten just leave and dont say anything. but since the patch i have seen at least 3 - 4 "i quit" posts. maybe more of them.
see they usually get locked by polaris straight away, so people tend not to see them for long.
i tend not to pay them much attention myself, because i think they should have a bit more backbone and put up a fight for the game.

how about you say it now, if its important i'd rather know about it now, not in 5 days time.
And for the record. Staying. I have put to much time in to just walk away after a bad day, especially if i weigh up the Enjoyment Vs Annoyance scales, they go all the way over to E

Well at least make it a bit less obtrusive - you can have your say but seeing enormous pink throbbers every time I want to read a thread is starting to become somewhat disturbing. Not to mention having a negative impact on my enjoyment of these boards...

why not go to eve-i forums instead?
no wait. the complaining is even worse over there because most of the games community dont even bother to post here because of the many newbies and over zealous mods on these boards. over there people can really speak their mind and not get their post deleted, locked, etc.

Actually I am very close.
The factory/research slot thing is fine with me. The changing of weapon/module stats is fine with (noticed I didn't say nurf). But the loss of office space for my Corp is what I'm ticked off about.
I will say it again here because some people seem to get confused about what I'm talking about, and this compounds the problem for me.
It's about NOT being bill'd, notified, emailed or in anyway told that my Office Space rent time was up. My stuff was impounded, which I paid the fine, but when I went to re-rent my office space there was none available.
I believe this happened from a billing bug, that is I was not sent a bill for office rental but action was taken like I was and not paid it.
If the answer to factory/research slots was to make more available then gives us some more Office Space.

Amazing how people who have been gaining a tremendous advantage from a bug - now admittedly, i bug you couldn't do much about, i mean you can't "forget" a skill temporarily :) - all scream "Nerf!" when the bug is fixed.
BUG, people, GET IT?! All this whining about nerfs and bats and - wth is wrong with you people?! The wep damage stacking was a huge glaring error and could have become a game breaker! It was NEVER supposed to work that way.
I mean we're not even talking about *tuning,* we're talking about *how things were all along* but *broken.*
Ammo range mods - should have been in effect all along but was broked. Turret tracking - was broked. Surgical Strike - bug caused it to loop thru all your weapon mods as well as your skill. Bug. b0rked.
Now these things are fixed and you scream 'nerf.' What the hell... if there was a bug that let you instakill with a warp scrambler and that's fixed, i bet there'd *still* be people here screaming nerf and making oh-so-clever sigs. Hey! Here's a Free Tip from your favorite Attack Clown!
If you haven't got a point or a damn thing to say, making funny pictures won't save the day.
You are in a maze of twisty little asteroids, all alike. |

How about just plain ole sense as a source? Can't call it common anymore since that's obviously false.
Actually it's a fairly well known among service industries that for every customer that vocally stops their patronage, more simply leave without any comment at all. It's also fairly well known that those people that do leave tend to tell around 4 more people of their experience.
I wish I could remember the exact source of that study. But that was a part of basic customer service training so loooooong ago. From Blockbuster's training courses when I was 16 (15 years ago).
