My dear fellow holders I have come here to ask all of you a great favor. I am in need to release a portion of my stock I can no longer afford to maintain. For many months now I have been trying to retrieve my slaves from the Republics borders, all of which were purchased long befor the contraband laws went into effect. These slaves have been trapped in temporary housing facilites in hangers for many months now and their condition is constantly getting worse. I also am not able to provide the complete financial backing to properly care for them so far away from my main plantations and stations.
I hereby announce that I am willing to give the care of my slaves being held in the republic over to any noble holders willing to take up the task of their care. These slaves are not suited for work atm as they have health problems and the confines of the station hangers has caused many problems for them. This treatment is unjust and outrageous, but still Republic officials will not help me return these slaves to proper conditions. I only ask that who or whomever takes control of my slaves for me, treat them well and help to rebuild their strenght. If they can even hire skilled smugglers to return them to their proper place in service of the Empire. Alas I can no longer afford to even pay for their loading and their foodstocks is running out.
In two weeks I will be forced to drop all my holdings from those stations I am keeping these slaves at. If by this time no suitable owners have come to help take over the care of these slaves I will be forced to let them go. They will be sent to the God of Amarr, in a comfortable fashion, which I will pay for personally, the least I can do for my poor trapped servants.

Lustrevik VII - Moon 9 - Brutor Tribe Academy - 7 Slaves

Thats a total 7270 poor trapped slaves that are now almost too weak to carry on with their existance. This is my last resort to try and save them, since the Republic cares not enough for them to allow me to return them to proper care of the Empire.
I implore all noble holders out there to hear my plea and answer, it would be such a waste to loose so many.

Another option you may not have thought of would be to release these slaves to the Republic. They currently live there, and by all rights should not be enlsaved within the Republic. I hope that you will follow the laws of the Republic and give these slaves up.

If they might be offered at a reasonable rate I would be willing to purchase these slaves from you for repatriation into the Republic & their own freedom.

Its still valid and under Amarr law i can buy them, what happens to them is my desicion and under Amarr slave trading guidelines, the Traders lifestyle or current political status must not cloud slave trades as it is simply business...Unless you break Amarran Law as well...

KhanJohn, that's just pathetic. He can just say that he doesn't want to trade with you, and Amarr law can't do anything about it. Thinking that he HAS to trade with you just because you have a "slaver card", which has definetely been revoked since you have commited crimes against our Empire, is foolish in the least.

Heh well slave traders 101 "A sale is a sale is a sale", and besides until the empire contacts me personally and tells me its revoked then i still have it...And also its not for the CVA to meddle in other peoples business your a paramilitary organisation not sponsered by the government, so you can just keep quiet  unless of course your wnat to outbid me and my considerable assets  but hopefully Kular will be more happy to sell to a nearby holder than a Warn out old priest who doesnt set foot in Pator or Rens

Kular, I can feel your pain. Luckily Sister Wheya had gathered intel about the plans to declare slaves as contraband before the Empires made them come true so she could remove all slaves from foreign regions in time.
Currently I can not help you to bring the slaves home but I am willing to pay 500isk for each slave.
My advice is to keep them as your property, though. I assume they are not working and have plenty time to study the scriptures. They will not need lots of food. It shouldnt be so expensive. One day you will find ways to bring them home safe and then you will have highly educated slaves.
Another way would be to use them as slaves to rent. I am sure my pilots would appreciate to have some slaves available if they rest in Pator, Rens...
I also think the advice of Gaius Kador is valid. In the end slaves are a trade commodity. Ah, I remember heated debates about this topic...

Currently most markets have slaves available in the range of 700 to 1000 ISK per individual, not taking into account family units.
It is within my financial withal to offer 1000, which is above current market averages, for each of your unfortunate individuals. You need not worry about their current food or... educational needs, all this will be swiftly taken care of once they are moved to proper civillian accomodations.
You may contact me via mail or this galnet venue if this offer is agreeable. If you would place their property identification numbers into the escrow system I will take reciept for the above offered fee.

The SPCS will gladly take custody of these slaves from you and provide them with SPCS sanctioned slave holder owners to continue the excellent work of your house Lord Kular.
The SPCS has a list of caring compassionate slave holders waiting for good quality slaves in need of enlightenment. If you'd consider a tax deductable gift to the SPCS I know we are up to the task.

I don't see how your card can be valid when it carries inaccurate information.
When I change corporations, I have to give my new information to the PVLA (Pilots Vehicle Licensing Authority), otherwise my pilot's licence could be deemed invalid. I don't see any real difference between pilots licences and you holder accreditation.

I'm not a holder, I'm not Ammarian, obviously, but I do care very deeply about the welfare of these people you are having trouble with.
I'm just one person, so I can't do much, but if you'll let me buy the 'ownership' of the people here:

I'd be most grateful. Their suffering wounds me greatly and while I can't realistically care for them all, I'd like to start somewhere and see that they get medical attention, nutricion and a chance to find work in the station and system. Please, let me know how much you would hand these people over to my care for, and I'll endeavour to meet it.

If you wish to release this individuals I am willing to take care of them. With both resources and funds to aid them in their recovery. At the moment I run three separate facilities including several thousand former slaves. And no, they are not just minmatar, but also gallente, caldari and even a few amarrian individuals can be found among them.

I should have been more clear when I stated that I only wanted to give these slaves into the hands of noble holders capable of continuing their care, or even better of bringing them home to the Empire.
Gauis and Ardor are correct in that I could simply sell them to any of the individuals who have asked for such. KhanJohn is incorrect in stating that I would be breaking Amarrian law by not selling them. They are still my property and I reserve the right to sell or give them to whomever I choose.
To all those who have offered to take them, so that they then could be set "free" to the Republic I must apologize, because I thought I had made it clear this was not an option I wished for them. These slaves are slightly more educated due to their long "intrappment" and to let all they've learned of God be thrown away would be worse than death.
Archbishop- Your offer is most welcome. I was hoping the SPCS might be willing to step in here. As I stated in my first release I am willing to give away my whole stock, just so long as they are well taken care of. Please contact me about how you wish to do the exchange.
If any other noble holders wish to take them I would surely work with you as well.
