Money is probably the biggest reason you are here, in this corp, we pay you for the work you do. We do not divide the payout evenly among members. If you mine in a hulk, you will be paid more than the guy mining in a bantam. The pay structure for mining is as follows:
You will be paid on a commission structure. The orca pilot will keep track of what you have mined as an individual throughout the op. The most effective way to make sure you get credit is to tag it with your name/initials and the time you jettisoned the can, then tag it as full or ready once you want the orca pilot to pick it up. For example, my name is Leon Reyes, I jettisoned a can at 22:50 EVE time and want it picked up, I would tag it "LR 22:50 (FULL)"
You will be paid at 75% of the current average Jita value for your ores at the end of the op. The orca pilot will be paid at 20% of the op profits. You make more money giving us 25% to haul with buffs than you would if you gave a hauler 50% with no buffs.

Recruitment is still open. Mostly cuz I can't say bump. Anybody else understand that rule? They're just replacing the word "bump" with "Recruitment is still open." Just an unnecessary effort O.o |
