Wow CCP. I just created an alt w/ the character creator and it's totally hosed. So here is what happens... you start by creating a character on a client that's "optimized for performance"... you say "yes I want to up my resolution for this when asked" and it does... but it informs you your changes will be gone. Fine. Whatever. I'll start over. However, when you get back to the character creation screen everything appears to be OK, and nothing was reverted. Great! Saves me the trouble. You finish your character, get some errors about no top and no pants, go back and choose new stuff and everything seems fine. Then you get your character and it's some bald eyebrowless weird guy. Too late. Those changes are committed. Fine... who cares it's just an alt is what I think. If I were new to the game I'd say instead "f this game... what a POS."
CCP is looking more like EA. Unf*** yourselves. You are shooting this game in the foot.

Yep, it most certainly sounds like a rant. Although no mention about how you submitted a petition to try and get your issue resolved?
This would be a good place to start.
