Everything subcap can use them.
If it has a jump drive it can not use the JB (sept blops)

Anything that can not fit through a gate, can not use jump bridges either. The only exception are Jump Freighters, which can use gates, but not JBs.
(Second equivalent definition: Anything that has a jump drive can not use JBs. The only exceptions are Black Ops, which have a jump drive but still can use JBs.)
List of what can and what can't use JBs:
Orca: Yes.
(regular) Freighters: Yes.
Rorqual: No.
Jump Freighters: No.
Carriers, Dreadnaughts, Supercarriers, Titans: No.
Everything else: Yes. |

note that capitals could use jumpbridges until Incursion 1.5 (which was released in May 2011) - therefore you may still come across a lot of outdated information rgd this topic.

Protip: If you are using a jumpbridge, activate your microwarpdrive before jumping.
This will speed up the process, and also cost less fuel.
