Ok, I go to the factory, start an ossy production run. The run fails cos we're a bit short on trit. All the minerals are returned from whence they came, but the BP doesn't.
It isnt anywhere in our Corp hangars, its not in any members hangars.
Please tell us that we havent lost this blueprint, we spent 3 days, everynight as a team Mining to get together the money for this and our first 2 Ospreys.

My Production Manager KIAMid has sent an ingame Petition aswell.
If we lose this from a bug, I can honestly say My whole Corp will probs well and truly consider wether this game is worth our time. We moved as a whole corporation from Jumpgate (24 of us), and dont expect the single most valuable thing we own as a corp, to just dissapear without any sign of knowing why. It just makes no sense.

Your anwer will prolly be, sorry, we have no info on this. Or, hmm, this problem is a bit big for me and I am not allowed to reimburse you, I will escalate you to the next lv.

It's CCP policy to never reimbuse things lost to bugs. (Unless you have an undercover CIA agent at your location that can vouch for you and bring infallible prof that it acutally was a bug)
And really an Original Osprey BP isn't that much money. You will loose way more than that to bugs during the course of this game.

Did you try unrenting your factory and rerenting it.
