 This is a pretty irratating problem. Whenever i go to an agent and engage in an communication, looking at missions and turning completing one, whatever mission is available will show up in my journal as not accepted WITHOUT me having to even ask for a mission. Example: I just got back from a Seek and Destroy mission. I dock in the station and pull up the agent and tell him/her to that im done and to give me what is mine. They do. HOWEVER when i look in my journal what do i see? A new mission. Without me ever having to ask for work. Now this may not seem like that big a deal but it is. We all know that when we look at a mission we have 24 hours to respond or else we our standing with whatever faction or corp. will drop a little. Well in the long run and with important missions this could do alot damage to my reputation! Someone please help!

this happens from time to time:
- talk to agent
- "I've completed the mission"
- you get the next mission offer into your journal automaticly (without asking the agent for work)
if you don't turn down the mission you get a standing hit :(

I had this with one of my alts. I petitioned about it and they stopped it and refunded the sec hits

I have this to with my instructor agent. It keeps giving me missions that ask for training certificates, over and over again. My initial standing of 10, has taken a considerable hit by now. I doubt a training agent hit will mess up my rating with minmatar tho, but if it does, i sure like to see if fixed.
Now I don't seem alone in this, I will petition and see if they can stop this nonsense for me.

I've got the same problem, even with the story agent (the one I got after the training agent) though at least is gives me several days to respond.
However the training agent keeps giving me the same mission again and again.... got fed up collecting training certificates! would be nice for that to go away

A month old character of mine is suffering from this too.

same here.. I'm taking standing hits. This is complete BS. I was 9.7, 9.5 now.. in 23 minutes another one expires. I'm not paying to do training missions non stop.
this blows.

unfortunately, this is a known issue (i hope) that has been occurring ever since Exodus was released. It affects anyone and everyone who talks to the tutorial mission agent you get when you start the game.
the ONLY workaround is a petition and i feel sorry for both n00bs and the customer service reps.

Well, I did petition and got a response that the problem was fixed.....within 2 minutes!!!
Now thats FAST!

Same problem. Petitioned and it was fixed inside 10 mins.
