The Patch Notes for Wednesday, 06 April's update are now available for viewing. As stated before, downtime for this patch is going to be extended to six hours, running from 0900 to 1500 GMT.

BTW: Shouldn't skill reqs be raised on xl sheild booster II? Only a level 4 skill seems kinda low considering the armour rep II needs a level 5 and a level 4.

Brilliant news but what about us passive shield tankers? Can we get our Shield relays T2 and Shield Flux T2 so we can stand up to active tanks? Plus you just nerfed one of the best passive shield tanks by scarping its shield bonus (scorp BS). But itÆs a Caldari ship so I donÆt care being Gallente. 
Good news on the extra mission some ones been busy.

Superb stuff. Lots of goodness but the following single fix:
"Warping to a different location no longer occurs if a player lost connection or closed connection and immediately reconnects."
...is for me the highlight.

Little worried as I am a Gallente pilot so have no missiles skills. I donÆt want to train up my missiles skills find out they turn useless as the Bomber gets its weapons changed. Is waiting for the missiles overhaul my only option?

anyway \o/ for the notes, but can I place the sidenote that more static defense features and pos facilities in 0.0, as well as 0.0 space rebalacning due to lvl 4's really need to be in the next big one two months from now, the latter actually before that if you dont want more pessimism about eve evolution.
Oh, and that new worlds order thing, someone send me something i can edit that map with and I'll send in seomthing good you can just implement next month too ok ?

Making war costs dependant on the wars against the declaree makes it controllable by the declaree - rich corps and alliances will now be able to avoid wars by pricing others out of them with their own fake wars - please don't implement this, it's a free exploit.

Very good fixes, with only one exception. Alliance warfare is now even more exploitable. For only 150 million ISK per week, an alliance can make anyone declaring on them be forced to pay 200 million ISK + PER WEEK!
Griefers will remain. They will be the ones getting the 50 million ISK slots, while the mercenaries (the only real reason to keep corp vs alliance warfare) are the ones who'll get hit. --

i've played for a year and until last week i had about 30,000 skillpoints in total in the missile section. i'm now training missiles simply because the gallente bomber needs it - tell us now if this is going to change

I'm kinda sad that Tech II Shield Hardeners haven't been released yet.
That being said, I am happy that CCP is taking some steps to resolving some of those age-old bugs out there.

did you know that an apoc mining mercoxit can mine 135mil an hour. I didnt know that before today. Mimiru > It'd be a tie, the monkies nerfed pooflinger wouldnt have enough tracking to hit the parrot orbiting him, but the parrot's beak is so small it couldnt break the monkey's fur tanking. |

What makes me unhappy:
CCP ignored Logistic Cruisers, even tho they admitted that those cruisers need a boost
CCP ignored Scan Probes, even tho their programmer admitted that the principle on which they work is flawed by design. Probes are now pretty much broken.
What I wished they looked into: - Cruiser agility boost - very minor change, no programming necessary, very easily testable effects.
- medium neutron blasters didn't get a slight power grid reduction. I know all the main focus is on battleships, but cruisers can't fit medium neutron blasters just like battleships can't fit large neutron blasters. Considering that battleships are already way more powerful than cruisers, I don't see why they should be boosted while cruisers left unchanged.
250mm rail takes too much grid also, considering it's primary used on Caldari cruisers and Caldari have poorest power grids. But whatever, why even bother with Caldari gun boats :-/

"Armor Repairers and Hardener effects have been fully removed to reduce lag."
Either this is an April Fools joke , or they are only refering to visual/sound effects.
