you don't have the required minerals?
I just lost a Phased Plasma M BP because I didn't realise that my zydrine was in a different hangar and I tried to start a work order.
WTF is up with that? Devs please respond...

Ive just experienced the same problem...
Lost a Miner 1 original BP with maybe 3 weeks of research on it :( Like you it was cos I didnt have the minerals to perform the run.

Just happened to me aswell... Lost a Stalker FoF Heavy Missle BP... :(

I lost one too, but it was an ammo copy that I'm not too worked up over.
You can usually (at least in the past) get the BP back by unrenting the slot, but of course you lose your rental fees. No guarantees though.

Happend to me also. Then the GM tells me to file a petition in the other catagory, which just send you to the email question system. You can expect your BP back in a couple of days. Oh yea and don't use our factory in the mean time.
(I can't mine, build, or fight because of this patch) This is fun ;(

the same thing happened to me for my osprey blueprint , canceling the rent of the factory i used ejected the print back to his original division , so .. chekc before for mineral because it cost u 60k every time u dont :P

Same here.
Except this was yesterday and today the BPs were back in the hangar.
So hopefully you all get your BP back soon.

I've found there's 2 solutions for this.
1) Wait till after the down time.
2) Cancel the rent on that slot.
If you cancel, you get it back quicker, but you also have to pay the price of rent again.

there is a cheaper solution
you install and start building the CHEAPEST thing you have..
then when you have started it you uninstall the BP and you get both back
i think you can let the thing finish also.. i didn't have the patience =) |

happen to me with a hammerhead bp...wrong hanger for the minerals and poof..no more blue print...however the next day after down time i did get 2 other bp's i lost..but still i cant manufacture anything...this is very annoying!!!

I just had a BP ejected for lack of minerals and couldn't find it where it should be. Before I logged a petition though I had a good look in all the corp hangers in the station and found the BP in the 7th Division hanger. It might be worthwhile for everyone else to have a look there...

Happened to me too, twice
The second time I checked, checked, and doulbe checked that I had the minerals required. But oooh 5k pyerite was missing (blueprint desinformation?) so that cruiser bp poofed. I petitioned again to try to get it back this time too.
Oddly enough they dont seem to have a petition for anything except stuck characters?
so I filed a bug report.
I must add that I felt a bit betrayed as a customer that they didnt have a petition for this. They didnt even wanna listen.. :/

Cancel the rental on the slot, you can re-rent the slot if you want. But once rent is cancelled the BP WILL go back to where it was.
