Am I only one who dont like sound of this? If there is corps that cant affort to war then there is something wrong with charges...
What sort of war concentual war would be anyways? 'Hey dude lets have war' 'Sure. What time?'
Later ...
'Oh boy that was good war. We need to do that again later' 'Yeah. Just send me evemail and we start it again' 'btw what for we were warring?' 'I dont know.' 'Ok cya. I am missing tea party with my corp'

I don't see whats wrong with that. It's gonna help RP corps/alliances especially. I doubt this feature will be used much besides for RP, although there are rumours that FoE and Xetic might wanna do this as well. Anyway, why is this a bad thing?

I think the option to have a consentual war is a good one. Roleplaying corps/alliances will undoubtedly take advantage of this option, and I'm sure alot of ppl will do it just to have some fun without having to pay for their fun.

Not everyone declares war to irritate/annoy/**** ppl . Most roleplaying corps have always been at war with each other and that sort of got messed up with Exodus where they suddenly had to pay up large amount of cash just to have some fun battles.
And I dont see any problem with corps that wants to have war to agree on a mutual one.

Personally I find it hurt rp more than help it, because such concentual wars dont really make sense to me. Probably just me then.

It may feel a bit like an immersion breaker, true. But I guess RP corps will be happy to save a lot of ISK with this. Besides, if it really has a negative impact on RP they can always pay for it

The main reason is just that. Before Exodus PIE and the other Amarr corps could fight the Minmatar corps without paying loads of isk every week, when Exodus hit they all started Alliances and thus the price to fight others where astronomical and I'm not so sure that the proud defenders of the Empire does alot of mining.
But I think I saw Hardin buy a Miner II from me a while ago

Yeah, the last few months have been hell. The bugs causing CONCORD to cancel the wars and keep the valuable ISK we had didn't help much.
Needless to say, we thank the devs very deeply for helping us on this!
