Bioco Industries is a hardcore Industrial corporation, unique in both its design and character from most Industrial corporations. What Sets Us Apart?
Bioco Industries is not your typical corporation- we don't promise to take down all content the game has to offer, don't hand out free items to recruits, hold hands during operations or tolerate substandard members for the sake of a high membercount. The goals of Bioco Industries are precise- generate as much ISK as humanly possible through organized manufacturing, research and gathering, and have a great time running missions, complexes, incursions.
Every one of our members was chosen after extensive interviews, background checks, runs in our ops and demonstrated performance above and beyond what we expected from them. Because of our selectivity, we've bred a corporate culture that demands preparation, research, organization and most important, loyalty. Our members are very helpful, fun to be around and always dedicated to advancing the collective interests of the corporation above all else. Ask any member of Bioco what they think of the corporation, and their loyalty, affection and devotion to our group is instantly apparent- a set of qualities truly rare in EVE.
We believe in two fundamental values- ISK and community. Our structure shatters the normal praxis of individualism with a lightly populated Industrial chat room and emphasizes the comparatively greater potential to generate ISK through coordination and cooperation rather than competition. Every member still runs their own business, does their own thing, but jumps at the announcement of an operation being organized. Our logged turnovers and the experiences we've had mining, running missions and working to finish a large scale manufacturing/research project are testament to the strength of our network, and will only continue to grow as time goes on.
Operations
A corporation ought to have practical functions and benefits to those functions, specific events to encourage people to join your community over the thousands of others in EVE. Coming from testimony of multi-year veterans, Bioco is one of the most active and efficient groups when it comes to running regular operations. Half our members mining together for six hours isin't a special event that happens once a week here, it's a daily activity. Participation is entirely voluntary, but once experienced, the events tempo and profit we generate, along with the awesome players grouped with make these one of the most exciting and enjoyable parts to logging on each day.
In addition to daily mining ops, we're also active in L4 mission ops. Ranging in size, these daily runs are an awesome break from the frantic world of Industry and the lifeblood for our combat members. We're lower in active combat mains than Industry ones currently, but recruitment is changing that quickly. As we expand in numbers and operational scope, we will be regularly running complexes and incursions, particularly to get invention materials and T2 BPOs. Our combat pilots are and never will be a sidenote to our Industrials- they are a vital and amazing group that is essential to our long-term success.
Recruitment
Everything said and done, we are at heart a community of dedicated and friendly gamers wanting to dominate at particular aspects of this game. This can't be done without the support of all our members, and the addition of more people like ourselves. In an applicant, we're looking for several things- a strong work ethic, bulletproof honesty, a mastery of their particular role, a willingness to learn via research, ability to take constructive criticism and most importantly, loyalty. These traits are easy to detect through our recruitment process, and are non-negotiable. To avoid wasting one another's time, don't message us or bother applying if you have any doubt about the above. We'll take a lower membercount of the best over a cesspool of trash every day.
Additionally, we require a minimum of 2.5m skill points in any applicant, proven by submission of an API key. If you aren't comfortable with giving it out, please don't contact us. The exception to this rule is in the case of exceptional lower SP characters- if you're an alt of a very experienced player and can prove your knowledge and character to us, we're happy to consider you for acceptance.

Thanks for the invite. The area Bioco decided on is pretty good for what I like to do. I found a nice PI plan, and theres lots of nearby low sec for exploration. Trade isn't to far away, and I can daytrade a good hub.
From what I've seen is 5-10 players on all the time. |

Hello! Seems as though you're based in Amarr space, but do you have any offices in other locations/areas? Asking because I primarily run missions for Caldari & Gallente & I'm more familiar with their space.
Also, in what time zone/s are most of your players? & is 5-10 on at one time during peak or off-peak?

Thanks Szmug, very kind compliment of you. As regrds your questions, we have offices/POS in multiple systems throughout Amarr space for different purposes, but no presence outside Amarr space yet. We can help you get upto L4 status very quickly with our main NPC corps like Emperor Family, Amarr Navy and Inherent Implants though, tons of us have our standings with them juked up so we'd be glad to run missions ops with you for that.
Main times zones are EST and GMT +1 (UK) but have members from almost every major timezone, PST, Australia, etc. There's always activity, sometimes more than others, but we've a very active memberbase. We usually have between 12-17 on during peak times, sometimes more.

So last night, (well this morning for me) went on a low sec exploration roam with the team.
To be honest, this is a nightly thing and I just fancied it. All are always welcome. Max found a few sites, done some ratting came out with 25 mil for an hours worth of fun. CHA-CHING. Took that balance back up to 1 billion. It really bugs me when its less than that.
If only there were more miners on as we found large ABC deposit which would have really made the night...maybe next time... maybe YOU!

Can i join?
Im a returning player, just over 3.3M SP and largely trained up on Haulage/freighter skills. I did get up to Fenrir pilot and did have one until i got podded in Nil sec on a mad run for some rare ore.
I do have some basic PVE skills too.
I also have an alt, who trained up as a miner. Less SP but got up to Retriver pilot level.
Not really interested in PVP but dont mind the odd session if needed. Have been looking for a corp to join that is more industry based.
I was our corp CEO but that corp is a dead corp full of old accounts so currently in statis (16hrs to go) |

Hello, i am greejem.
I saw your Advert and it seems it may be a good fit for me. A little about me. i am an industry driven pilot with good hulk skills and production effenciy 5 already trained so manufactureing would be no problem for me. also i have a willingness to learn and experience the research side of the game but that can come later whe i have more of the skills i need.
my time of operations is 2100 eve - 0300 eve time (3 pm - 8 pm CST) and on Tues - Thurs add
0300 eve - 1200 eve (8pm - 6 am cst)
i also have a second accout who is a near perfect orca pilot getting him ready for the manufacuteing side of the world after a bit.
