Talks have been conducted between me on behalf Veritas Immortalis and BOOFER (Foreign Affairs Minister) of Stain Empire. On Sunday 03/04/05 BOOFER contact me giving me the great news that Stain Empire has approved our request to claim the above constellations. Verias Immortalis would have liked to have opened talks with the Stain Empire, but our leader, Light Darkness has been away sampling the local Gallente girls. Veritas Immortalis alliance will continue to protect Curse along side our mutual friends and allies. As current residents, and long time defenders of these areas, I would request that V consider such things before claiming space, and contact our diplomatic staff before making such claims.
