That's the thing with xetic, whenever they make bold statements they have to NAP with the entire of EVE, and make sure that every1 comes and attacks the target they want to attack.
They allready nap'd with IRON, 1 day after they declared war on them... You're now officialy the laughing stock of the galaxy Xetic. Stand on your own 2 feet for once......

Actually IRON kicked our buts, we were forced to surrender and set up a pupet government that will do thier bidding.
It was scarry, just like in the old CA days, we sent a fleet of 320 Battle ships up north, within minutes they were all destroyed by a single friget.
since we are on the subject.. YES, Foyle is my alt.

CYVOK doesn't have 2 feet - nasty accident with a pencil sharpener. He now has a wooden leg which causes him no end of trouble at the pub.
Of course, NAP's must make us massive carebears. I mean, it's not like we've withstood, recently, 3-months of persistent wars in Empire and 0.0.

If we will fight (witch may be obvious) please dont be so lame like FA ,allways stay safespoted/logged if you dont have at least 3:1 raport.
Never the less I admire your courage to put such restrictions. I thought xcetic allways wanted to find ways to mine in peace theyr crokite... but it seems they like to pvp also. this is a good sign.

I also keep some matches in a secret compartment.
As far as the pencil sharpner goes, when I was younger I didn't know that Kangeroo's didn't like have their nails done, I have since learned my lesson!

because without an "official" NAP we can't be held responsiable for the accidental loss of ships by our good friends Burn Eden!
