There's a few different skinned special edition Catalysts rolling out with limited run Game Time Cards that are available from several regional retailers.

Basically, if you use the GTC to add game time to your account, then you get the option to redeem the ship. However if you convert the GTC to PLEX, then the offer to redeem the ship isn't available.

Some level of paint customization would be cool. Maybe something like this:

1) When you go into fitting (or a station with a Paint Shop service) you could tweak the color/look of your ship for a fee)
2) If you have trained a skin skill - you can save the settings for sale on the market in a package that has a limited number of uses and is specific to a ship type - train the skill higher and you can skin larger ships.

Anyway, I play a lot of Borderlands 2 when I am not in Eve and I like the skin feature there. Would make cool loot too.

I don't know why anyone is paying RL money for normal PLEX while these deals ar going tbqh...

Because that 17 eur is 21.7 in usd and a normal single plex is 19 usd. And if you Plex these special deals, you don't get the special ships or items. You have to directly add the time.

Yah but if you are paying for your sub anyway with RL money, why not spend an extra $2.70 for a few billion? A PLEX is only worth about 600mil, right?

Nothing super fancy, AMD Phenom II X4 965 3,4GHz, lots of RAM and a MSI GeForce GTX460 1GB. Everything except 'Chribba' on low/off settings gfx wise.

Each client runs off it's own installation (via junctions) so windows caches the files while each client gets its own memory allocation.

If I was a guy from CCP and absolutely definitely had to do it, I'd start with small corp/alliance logos on ships, similar to those on existing military aircrafts, maybe for a small fee paid in station.

Don't get me wrong, I really like to do a bit of personalization with characters and other similar stuff in games, but on the other hand I've seen enough of stuff like pink-on-yellow guardsmen in DoW and the like. No, thanks.

This is the 1st PLEX I have ever purchased, don't need it but wanted the ship, so was I too late jumping on the free ship offer? It was still listed on the start page though.

Did you check your redeem items icon after login page.....after entering code to get your PLEX ?

I used a debt card then pasted the code into a box U get when U hit the ESC. key then convert ETC Maybe I done it wrong.. :p

if it's like the offers a used, you have to create an acount with the code given or link. Redeem the items than transfer to your main.

I've redeemed them all on existing accounts, but I've not turned any into plex as I was under the understanding that the rewards could be lost if the timecode was not applied directly to the account and instead converted to a plex.

I think the Quafe Catalyst is going to be a Fanfest reward for attendees. Not 100% sure, but I think I've checked every single resller and haven't found one. A lot of resellers don't have any special offers mentioned though. In fact, I think the only one I've seen recently was Origin, and I got that one.

Intaki Syndicate Catalyst is nice to though, and I suppose I'm satisfied with it. Quafe Catalyst would have been the one I would have sprung for otherwise though; had it been available.
