kessah	Posted - 2005.04.07 02:57:00 - [40] http://virii.homeip.net/ ROFL!! as i scroll down i see 24 corp deaths on my ickle corp of 5 which has been active 3 days. 24 deaths where in the world did u make those stats up? i think irish lost his ship twice, once was intentional to see if the station was camped by a smartbombing geddon.. i might add in the 3 days weve been active the last 2 we have been active weve copped up 14 kills - and you might not think that brilliant but since most of the systems in these region are blobbed by all the major alliance and we really did go for it in many engagments i was impressed by my new team. V I R I I have there kills on a minute timer Yes there was an error in our code that scrapes statistics and kill mails from eve-kills that caused the last 20 kills to be doubled each time the process ran, this made irishranger's 4 deaths 28 before it was caught. All stats on the site are 100% accurate and can be verified independently at eve-kills. Once again thank you for bringing this error to our attention and in such a mature manner. Having a look today will showed double counting errors: Black Omega security have Darko1107 of E X O D U S double counted...losing 2 Ishkurs, the on different days on the system, but the kill mails are identical. Fair enough. Allthough i agree with you that public killboards are a way to "show of" others, like Mercenaries use it to show their contractors what they are up to. I personally know many VIRII members,they are not the braggy type, nor whould they falsify killmails to get attention.
