by worst I mean one you hate the most.
Mine would be level 4 - the serpetnis spies this is even worse than duo of death.

Im very sick of Angel/Sansha Spies (level 3). I got this at least 4 times in a row plus tons of them all over the place. Its soo easy and boring, all you have to do its kill the stupid spies and your done...booorrriinng

The worst is the L4 intercepty the saboteurs mission (I think that is what it is called) which appears to be an Amarr region special, closely followed by the Unauthorized Military Access mission.
The Saboteur mission (not to be confused with the Sabotaged) is five bookmark mission against Minmatar terrorists where you have to recover the viral agents.
What makes this mission suck?
1. No bounties.
2. The Minmatar Fleet Stabbers are unreal. Unreal in speed and damage. Strangely enough, the Minmatar Fleet Ruptures, despite being a Tier 3 cruiser, don't pose such a threat with abnormal levels of speed and damage. The Fleet Stabbers fly with the speed of an inty, yet hits as hard with battleship like autocannons as far as 30km. Tell me where I can fly this wonder ship!
3. Remember you get no bounties killing that nasty ship above, not to mention the Ruptures and Typhoons, while all those modded Vigils are trying to web you.
4. The loot sucks, pretty much like Angel loot, genuinely useless to anyone who isn't using a Minmatar ship. No electronic rares, you don't get quality named missile launchers like against the Guristas, lots of stuff with poor recycle value as compared to Sansha or Blood loot. You get a lot of projectiles, but projectiles are not as easy to sell as other weapon categories, especially in the laser crazed Amarr region, and don't recycle as well either.
5. You are forced to pick up every can of loot---you can't ignore it, to get the viral agents. This means a lot of picking and time being wasted.
6. You get faction rating drops with Minmatar, and soon you will be KOS with the Republic.
The mission to sum up,
... is risky
... has little worthy loot to show for it unless you like projectiles.
... zero bounties
... agent rewards and LPs nerfed on high sec systems with the next patch
... gives you lower faction ratings with an empire
... requires you to monotonously pick up every can to fulfill mission objectiles and attempt to give some value to the mission. This therefore consumes a lot of time.
Unless you are the role playing type that likes to imagine enjoying killing Minmatar terrorists, this mission deserves a thumbs down rejection.

Same goes for the minmatar equavelent,though a bit less.
The amaar navy omens and mallers move at godlike speeds.Its literally impossible to outrun them,so they stay at optimal pummeling you,and can tank fiendishingly well.

"intercepty the saboteurs" happens to be one of my fav missions running for gallente but I guess thats cause I get sent against blood raiders who do have bounties and make a nice change from the usual serpentis :).

I agree with you on pretty much all points - apart from a certain enjoyment from the challenge (those darn Stabbers!) this mission is a real chore. But I think it's only 4 bookmarks.
The Pirate Invasion mission has 5. And there's another with 10. But IIRC the Minmatar one has only 4. A small mercy!

Yeah, the viral agent should be in the can of the last ship to die. With the Gallente version of this mission, I just leave the haulers alive until last. This tends to be the case with a lot of the missions where there is a rat drop you have to retrieve.

I must agree with you there Slithereen.
I did this mission as a Level 3 in an Apoc and 2 cruisers broke my tank and went right through my armor. I only had one standard rep and 2 normal hardeners, but still...2 NPC cruisers totally owning a BS?

Wuss.  I completed the level 3 version a couple of times in a Maller.
Granted I took 80% armour damage twice on the first time through, and it was the mission convinced me that level 3 now need a BC but I did complete it. And again, just to prove to myself it could be done more elegantly!

I hate cargo hauling missions... perhaps this will change when freighters come into the game... doubt it though
