As of today we will regard any corporation operating south of HED with no standings as KOS. Due to a lack of standing slots and the vast quantity of XF corps this policy has been decried by our leadership. With regards to the recent accusations of XF members that we openly sought a war, please read what YOUR alliance members have done. Shinra has tolerated months of friendly fire from DDC who apparently is still seeking satisfaction from our last war with them. We have dealt with these wanton acts of aggression with a calm rational manner. However, XF leadership has been unwilling/unable to remedy this situation. That combined with the SCA post and the rules and restrictions, they were attempting to provoke a war with our coalition in our estimation.
If the destruction of our industrial would have been met with an apology straight away we would have over-looked the incident. However, with a heightened tensions prompted by the SCA statement it seemed a foolish act to destroy a person set to positive standings. Shinra did also have a few friendly fire incidents as a result of a lack of afore mentioned standings. However, never once did Shinra leadership issue the order to kill a XF member who had positive standings. The same cannot be said for XF.
We tolerated one rogue corporation in your alliance shooting at us. Two clearly was a pattern.

a rouge corporation, sweet, but i seem to recall a post on this board stating shinra would never stop shooting ddc either..
shinra being shot at, wel shinra was not allowed into xetic space, that happens if you roam there uninvited.
and going to war over a hauler. well whatever you need to give your corp the idea of causing a legit war i guess

let me just state that for XF there is no good reason to start a war other then when attacked or threathened. the XF carebears need stable regions around XF to be able to produce and sell efficiently, now how would they do that if half of XF are the deadly warmongers you and others claim they are?

I jumped into HED last night, some Stainers were there and they proceeded to pound my BS into armour, but they ceased fire once they realised who i was.
they then apologised, we had some laffs, and then we killed an enemy apoc together :) if only ppl were nice about things and admitted their mistakes and made up for by being cool - we would then have no wars.
but 2bh, wars are fun, who cares about the reasons, let fight

I got shot up just outside Keberz... I was like "wtf dude, your blue to me" and jumped out. I then jumped back in to see if they'd refire but they didnt :D I then got ganged and repaired by one of the SE's scorpions \o/

It's funny how you whine about being shot as you fly around in mixed fleets, namely section 13 and your fleet in vol mi today. It may well be that you are friends with section 13 but when you allow them to shoot other people you have NAP with while you fly in close fleet with them, it shows your corp cannot be trusted. They were not fired upon out respect for your corp as they where with you, yet you do nothing to stop them from firing upon your allies. If this wasn't the case I apologize in advanced but it defintely looks like you are taking sides and lines are being drawn.

Okay, well i can tell first hand the fleet of XIII was not combined with our Shinra squad. XIII where just gathering, as where we. That it happend at the same spot was just coincidence.
Both XIII and your corporation have positive standings, so what do you expect, to ignore the standings and start another unintented war ? No my friend, we honor our standings as i said in local to you.
