GIGMAN will be docked in high-sec, has positive wallet, positive sec status, and no kill rights. The character will come with no assets. All CCP rules will be followed.
Starting Bid: 16b
Reserve: --

I'm curious to see what I can get for GIGMAN, but don't need to sell. If I don't get a price I like the character will not be sold, so I reserve the right to end this sale at any time.
I'll let this run for a week or until I get an offer I like.

I am attempting to transfer the character using two plex and got the following error message:
"Target Character already involved in a transfer"
This is 100% not the case as neither this character nor this account are involved in any transfers. I have gotten no emails, and my transaction history in account management shows no transfer. I am not sure why I am getting this error message. Two PLEX in the system, I entered the correct account name, everything should be good to go. I will give this an hour or so to see if this resolves itself; If not I will be petitioning CCP.

not to complain but CCP takes weeks even months to respond to anything. i honestly dont wanna wait on CCP to do anything. If you dont mind please refund the 20.1b isk and i will bid again on your toon when you and CCP figure this out. thanks |

My skill que is paused and I have asked the buyer to do the same.
I have told the buyer that if I can't get the transfer started in 24 hrs he gets a refund and the sale to him will be called off. I am not going to hold his isk if CCP takes their sweet time resolving this issue.

means the target, ie; the person you are transferring to, is already involved in a 10 hour delay toon transfer.
Whenever that is completed you will be able to transfer. |

Ah, this makes sense. The buyer just confirmed that he does have an active outgoing transfer so it appears that is the issue.
That message is a little ambiguous though. I would expect it to say something to the effect of "Target Account already involved in a transfer". After all, I am sending the character to an account. |
