So, Is this guide (vol 2) ever actually coming out in English?
I realize it's free, so I'm not complaining about their speed. But it does seem like it's been "Coming soon in English" for over a year.
I also know they mentioned with the huge changes recently, it wasn't relevant. They needed to change things...
So yes, I'm fully aware there's lots of roadblocks, but I haven't heard *anything* about it, and it just seems to be an abandoned project. Which is really too bad, because ISK volume 1 was a huuuge help for me several months ago when I started playing.

It's not an abandoned project. It's a work in progress. It's not even a week since I saw some of the chapters in the "work in progress" form, it looks good. 
I don't have an ETA, Laci, and EON are currently finalizing the product. I expect that it will be released this year.

I don't know I many you speak, but as someone who speaks two and is learning a third, I'm pretty sure it takes more than a year. |

The long story in short:
Maybe you know what we done with the ISK Vol. 1. :
Step 1: We had a fan-translated release (all of them are Hungarians, so no native English on-board that time) and released as ISK 2.01 ENG.
Step 2: That version has been copy-edited / spell-checked by professionals, and re-edited by the EON guys (MMM Publishing) and released as ISK 3.0 (PDF only).
Step 3: We had an update (Incursion 1.0 ---> Incursion 1.4) and released as ISK Vol 1. (PDF and print edition too).
We had a choice:
- Releasing the ISK Vol 2 as the Vol 1. (non-native edition, release, update)
Or
- Releasing the ISK Vol 2 as copy-edited,spell-checked and updated as well.
To keep the quality, we choose the 2nd option, and we will release this stuff with the winter patch (+- a few weeks). And the ISK Vol 1 will be updated as well :).
So, when everything goes right, 30d to go :)
