RaYmOnD	Posted - 2003.07.05 00:34:00 - [3] It radiates an omnidirectional pulse from the ship that destroys missiles (and beware) containers in its range. You can activate it as many times as you want.

Digital Sin	Posted - 2003.07.05 03:21:00 - [5] i like the small smartbombs. they have just enough of a radius, do the right damage, and take out every type of missile. when hunting thunderbolt- happy cruisers, these come in very handy. once the missile is within 3500m, activate it. by the time the delay kicks in the missile will be within range, and the smartbomb will blow it out of the sky. Good for close combat too. Set it on auto, and let her rip near your target. Careful though.. someone already mentioned that a single blast will destroy loot cans or other containers. Ah yes.. once fitted, it just keeps working.. it's not like a missile, where you fire it and it's destroyed.

Demosthenes	Posted - 2003.07.05 12:10:00 - [15] There are pirate dropped smartbombs in micro, small and medium size that I have found, but they aren't much better than the normal ones, just slightly better fittings. I think they work against mines, where defender missiles do not, and damage nearby ships as well.
