Got bored while working on my site so decided to make a banner :P
Full Size: (Very Wide)

I would add more text but i dont know what font if any ccp used

IMO, There isnt much there.... So you took the banner...added 4 emp logos with a white borer and the eve logo....

Keyword being bored lol, if i wanted something amazing i would have spent hours on it lol not 5 min.
Dont mean to come across rude :)
Ideas of what to add would be nice

Only 2 points.
maybe better with a border round the whole graphic
the eve central logo needs to be better defined and perhaps a touch larger

1) Boreder and a middle size
2) Ya, dont know what font ccp used so had to nab a premade logo so enlarging it made it very fuzzy even using photoshop transform.

Perhaps you could photoshop in a flock of seagulls flying around saying "Moin"? it would surely be more like eve then.

Really nothing special about your banners. I'm not saying this for the sake of flaming, and I'm not saying this as an exageration:
A typical middleschooler using windows paint could make any of the banners you displayed in about 10 minutes time.
Your banners are not profound or worthy of any type of special praise or scorn. They are not masterfully worked wonders of "simple beauty" style art. They are just "no special comment" type of banners/backgrounds that a fellow might make for himself or others.
As you can see, I'm not saying your banners are ugly, I'm just saying they are not special and in no way worthy of any profound compliments or any other silly fluff the carebears of EVE like to attribute to things which really are worthy of no more than a "That looks nice. Good job."
This is my personal opinion.
