Hello,
I've been having a skill problem for 2 days now, unable to train any skills. I sent bug petition through web form, sent ask a question form. For some reason, they are not replying me.
I tried to contact a GM in help channel. The gm told me to file a bug form which I did 2 days ago. I wanted to call a GM in game so he could look at it, but there was no way.
Is there any way to summon a GM in game like other online games?

There are choices when sending a petition.
Cheat, expliot... etc etc,
I pick proper category for sending a petition, then it leads me to a ingame browser form.
I did send petitions by using the forms but no luck.

Do it as the catogory other because the devs dont respond on bug reports.

I keep getting "Your brain blah blah, wait a minute" error. "Wait a minute" has been going on for 2 and half days now.
I am getting no reply or whatsoever from gms.
I hate to say, but eve customer service sucks, at least to me.

ouch ppoi.
1st send in a bug report, if it is a bug then chances are it will be hard 2 fix, this isn't like relocating your char.
My advice would be to make a 2nd char and play around with him until the bug is fixed.

I cannot play a second character. I tried to train my second character, but it says my main is training some other skills and I have to abort it in order to train.
You see, I am stuck. I really hope they give me a word like "We are working on it" or something just to relax me a little. :(
What I realized was EVE doesn't really have a feature to call a GM directly to solve important issues. Basically, I cannot get a hold on a GM in game. I tried to help channel, but GMs there are basically hopeless.

I'd suggest posting it as a "Stuck" Petition, as your character is stuck, just not in the normal fashion and requires a dev's attention. Do so, all they can do is delete it, though they are usually nice enought to help you out.

I had a stuck char petition going on,
and I went to the Help Channel, opened a conversation with a GM I found on that channel and he solved it within minutes :)
