I¦m doing the "Revenge is sweet" mission atm and in the 2nd wave there is a 250k Angel BS thats firing Doom torps.
Kyokan is most famous for his use of the 'Doom' torpedo, which
is an enhanced version of the Inferno torpedo.
Which ship can tank that insane damage and survive to even finish the mission without loosing the ship??

Harden vs Thermal or Kinetic... forget which... fit defenders hes pretty weak

7 outa of 11 engineering at lev 5 and so on .

Ok, mission done. first wave was harder than the 2nd. All done in an armageddon

Ive got weenie SP compared to many and I do it in a tempest. Come on...your not trying hard enough

I've had 6 of his torps hit at once thanks to lag and watch 7200 shield be reduced to 0, simple fact of the matter is you target him first and then move onto something that doesn't kill quite as quickly

This mission has a randomization feature where you somtimes get another celebrity rat. I've seen some guy in an armaggedon as well---this guy's tag is one of those needed to get a Fleet Tempest.
But Kyoken is the nastiest. Fortunately his ship is not so strong. You need to warp out once in a while to recharge your shields and cap. i did this with a Scorpion with an Xlarge booster and three hardeners.

using a raven also and kyokan dies before 1 torp of him hits me this mission is very doable

my raven outruns his torps, best defence is to not get hit at all ;)

His torps didnt get the chance to hit me. Range is your friend :)
