Sadly I'm consolidating my accounts, and characters. Talo is for sale to the highest offer, and I'm online at present to talk negotiations in game if required.
Talo has been VERY focused on combat from the beginning - with absolutely NO wasted SP on Industry skills.
So what do you need to know?
32,000,000 SP on Combat Ships & Carriers.
24,000,000 SP on Gunnery & Missiles.
15,500,000 SP on Leadership.
9,500,000 SP on Engineering.
9,500,000 SP on Drones.
6,000,000 SP on Mechanics.
 All core weapon skills at V for ALL RACES.
All specialized weapon skills at IV for ALL RACES.
All battleship skills at V for ALL RACES.
All cruiser skills at V for ALL RACES.
All frigates skills at V for ALL RACES.
Capital skills at V. Carriers at IV.
 All support role skills including Leadership AND Logistics at V.
Rule of thumb with Talo's training plan:
All integral skills to V.
Any left over support skills to minimum IV.
