WAR is once more over, and once again we can salvage the wrecks of our war targets.
Im getting more and more ammazed every time we get into a war, how active people become and how well the teamwork grow inbetween the different corporations within our alliance.
As people thought they should begin the day to day business, mining, building, trading, plexing ect. it didnt take long until we had to rush assemple a new 40 man fleet, and defend assets under attack in low sec.
Its my belive that quite a few of us, have some taskes in null this weekend, but as this is New Eden, who knows what will happen. You can plan so much, but it seems to me, I always end up somewhere wierd eighter FCing or a part of another operation doing something totally different. Eighter because of wars, or hostiles moving into areas where you really dont want them.
Thats one of the reson why I love New Eden so much, you never know what will happen, and things happen every night, and often just around the cornor.
Last night we got 4 people into our public chat whom we have been fighting the past 3 years. Just because you fight each other doesnt mean you cant talk. To be fair, it was nice to just talk and have fun. Doesnt mean i wont fight them again Nisroc Angels Nisroc - Angel of Freedom Nisroc is known as "The Great Eagle".

Politics and Diplomacy in EVE can be exstream time consuming. For some a joy of the game, for others boring as hell.
One thing is for sure. When you are a small alliance, its a really important part of the game regardless how borring it might be. The past week iv spend alot of time on diplomacy along with some assigned alliance members to handle this area. We have had to reajust our null sec part a bit, and some members have the past days spend hours on logistics.
Im unsure if its because of cristmas one month away and people have started their cristmas lauches and parties or its the ammount of new games just releashed, but the activity have bit a bit less than normal the past two weeks. I think corporation peek time is around 18-20 members online, which is not alot, and speciel with some of the bigger upcomming events we have on the table.
I guess time will tell.
I know many are looking forward to the new exspansion. I for one look forward to see how many wars we will end up in, in near future. Nisroc Angels Nisroc - Angel of Freedom Nisroc is known as "The Great Eagle".

Low Sec, not as hostile as null, yet again the paradise for pirates. With a new gate in Egmar, the low sec route between Hek and Rens has been shortend and the low sec traphic really active. Amamake has come close, and the fights there become more often.
Anyway, for 3 weeks a group within FRONT, EM and COA planned to take some POCOs. We knew the enemy would bring in capitals and Faction battleships, and we exspected them to get lots of support.
They brought in the capitals and fleet as exspected but never got the support. With 140 pilots, a plan, and an enemy to fight, we got an epic fight lasting nearly 40 min, and ended up killing 8 capitals and a few faction battleships. So its Cristmas, and we got several pressents from CCP. One can wounder what to use some of them for.
We are going to change direction a bit in the new year, and recruit alot of new people + having more training sessions.
Taking care of our new members is one thing we can only improve on, even though we try our best it can only be better.
Weekends and evening atm surely shows the holidays comming near, with the ammount of member online become half the past week. Presents have to be brought, and family visit.
I wish everyone a Merry Cristmas and hope i can keep an update on our development in the new year Nisroc Angels Nisroc - Angel of Freedom Nisroc is known as "The Great Eagle".

A new year with new challanges.
We have started to focus alot more on training our members within alliance along with setting up new Fleet Doctrines which we will use and ajust in the upcomming future.
Our 3 week long war vs 3 wartargets has ended which will reopen some lagging opitunities.
Its my belive we have reached a turning point within alliance and corporation for that matter, which i will write more about the upcomming weeks.
Last night i was in a small roam, just the two of us, and i was supprised to get perma jammed by a griffin for 6 min in a cruiser. Iv been woundering what fit he used to Perma Jam two Ruptures with multispec for 6 long min.
Deffently something worth getting some of our younger pilots in. Nisroc Angels Nisroc - Angel of Freedom Nisroc is known as "The Great Eagle".

At war again.
I guess the downside of becomming a bigger alliance are the ammount of WARs from Mercs and Greifers who belive they find easy targets.
Kai86's team Rebirth. have decced us for the 3rd time, and yet again they seems to be paying for it. Im unsure what they wana attive with this dec, and special extend the dec for another week, just cost them a T3 last night.
We have started to test various doctrines for the fun of it, and some are bloody awesome, others a disaster. Running doctrines in our fleets i belive have chocked a few people when we are running a special ex. shield doctrine and thier drake are not allowed into fleet. But face it, doctrines have a purpose, and are not ment as just a regular roaming fleet.
The new gates in the last patch have made our roam to Amamake alot shorter, and its my belive that the regular fights in Amamake will move to the surounding systems. In 1 year i think the state of Amamake have moved one system over, but lets see.
We have a set of members within alliance who have picked up basic PVP training for our industrials again, and from what iv seen with great success. At least our numbers within war time havnt declined that much as they use to, except mabe some alts not being used as much. Busy week
Been FCing 12 days in a row, and i belive its time for me to get a break
We are operating on alot of FRONTs at the moment and i belive it keeps everyone active. Its nice to see the internal teamwork for all kind of operations growing day by day.
Past days we have been fighting quite alot in low sec, and it seem PL have got an eye to us, as we have been hotdropped 3 times in two days. First night we had a nice 15min log fight, with some good kills and hardly any loses.

Back to mining.
So we have the first real mining op in 2013 yesterday, an as a PVPers i must admit i enjoy it for once.
Relaxed Fun on TS Teamwork
When a small fleet from our corp mined the ore to buildt more corporation logistic ships.
Its without the best patch ever happen having the T1 Logistic ship becomming worth while, and it have deffently changed the game play alot. The new cruisers are awesome, and its no secret cruisers is what i fly now for the most of the time.
Problally also because my 5 year old Hurricane Fit no longer work, and i have come to hate the cane as choice. A stabber fleet issue does the job better for the same isk, in my mind.
We have tried different fleet doctrines lately, and quite a few buildt on T1 cruisers, both shield and armor.

We ended up in a multiple WAR angainst Failed Diplomacy and Rebirth.
Its kind of an honor knowing they have to team up.
Anyway, it havnt changed much. Still carrie on our day to day business as usually. Its nice however to see the VERY young members using our new EWAR concept, and taking more part in the WARs, defences or ops we have on the PVP side. Its deffently made it posible for our industrials to drop the mining boats for a moment and go join some of the other fun we have.
The change on the Frigates and T1 Cruisers are just amazing, and have opened up for some many new posibilities which are rather usefull.
Razor have moved into Great Wildland 1 week ago, and the fight down there seems heavy. Last night a Titan was killied in one of the 3 station hubs. Alot of our null PVPers join in on the fights ever night, and i enjoy updating the killboard every morning to see how busy our US TZ players have been trough out the night. Reply 100 on this topic. For quite a while iv keep posting about the "internal" situation.
Its funny to read back, and follow our turn from NBSI (Not blue shot it) to NRDS (Not red dont shot) and to see how enemies becomes friends.
As time pass, new friendships are created and old might vanish or just take a step in another direction to try other tasks and challanges in the Space of New Eden.
Yesterday, i came across the sad message that 58 of our brave alliance members have desided to try new tasks and move to the egde of space we know today. Good friends for over two years.
I know it havnt been easy for them to make this desission, to break the bounds made with 350 other people. Its like breaking up with your girlfriend or walk out on your family. But i belive most understand and wish them the best. I know i will miss they laugh in the heat of the battles.
Our current wars have ended for now, but im sure more will arrive just waiting on our doorstep, sitting behin the next stargate in their massive battleships.
Iv been a bit burned out lately, and its my belive its because we have streats to fare. Operating in to many area at the same time as running several WARs. Its time to center our forces and focus on limited areas, to ease the stress lots of people have had lately operating on to many fronts. So the Battlecruisers was changed and new module arrived on the market.
It seems we are walking into the age where armor will dominate. The new AAR mods and new skill for reducing mass, and with more speed, im having a hard time seeing any favor of any kind of shield fleet, except sniping or brawl fleet with exstream DPS.
We had a shield fleet out for the 2nd time tuesday, and to be fair, i dont see my self FCing any shield fleet in near future, unless its a Alpha gang. The armor gang with low signature have had a major boost, which kind of just make the shield fleets useless. This is my personal opinion ofcause.
We have had several encouters with PL lately. What started out with some anoing local pirates, turned to PL getting alot of interest. Its been funny though, and i think everyone have enjoyed. What future will turn to, time will tell.
A member from alliance have been really busy fighting Sanshas, running incursion fleets nearly every night. I think alot have enjoyed those, and special the ISK in the end of them.
Some new FCs have seen the light, and its nice to see more taking control and gaining trust from our members. As for Nisroc quite a few members which have been inactive for a while have become more active again, which is really nice to see. Its now around a year ago since we changed from NBSI to NRDS.
For those of you WHO follow this tread, you can see how we have been fighting EM and COA and how we have turned from NBSI to NRDS.
Its funny how this game serious is a Sandbox containing the butterfly effect.
4 Years ago, I created Nisroc Angels. Shortly after it was war decced by APAX, we were really noobs in running a corp, and desided to pay the ransom for them to leave us alone, somthing we have never done since. But we kept our contact with APAX and they became really good friends and started to teach us PVP, and supported us in some of our WARs.
About 3 years ago, APAX asked for neutral RR. We could have said no, but desided to help. Helping them, created new enemies as Electus Matari. For nearly two years we were fighting Electus Matari along with COA. 1 Year ago we desided to change RoE from NBSI to NRDS, and started a diplomatic talk with COA. Today we are now full members of COA (Coalition Of Antipirates)
So would all this had happend if i had desided not to pay ransom 4 years ago? I belive its called the butterfly effect. Nisroc Angels Nisroc - Angel of Freedom Nisroc is known as "The Great Eagle".

Its been a rather quiet week.
Last night we took a Black Ops fleet to null. Never have iv seen Great Wildland be that empty. For 3 hours we had scouts out and about to find targets... Nada
We desided to try and camp a station for about 30 min, but no one and i mean no one entered local.
After 3 long hours we dispanded fleet. I swapped to a Tempest and went to a system, with 21 potential hostiles in it, and sat on a gate for more than 30 min. Noone show up.
I dont know, seems to me Thursdays are dead nights, in null at least.
Good thing is, that you now can reach most null sec system from low sec with Black Ops without to much hassel.
Funny part was one of our jumps... One of the Widows didnt have a Jump Portal fitted
Cyno Up - Brigde up... "Im not given the option!!" - hmmm thats just fail. Think as a Black Ops pilots at least fit a Jump Portal special if you have a bunch of bombers to transport. Nisroc Angels Nisroc - Angel of Freedom Nisroc is known as "The Great Eagle".

The join of EVE
As we are NRDS and Member of Coalission Of Antipirates, the worse thing that can happen are issues, which can put your ididenty in japperdy.
The past days we have had some internal "revence" issues, which one night for the first time in my EVE time, sended me a phonecall in the middle of the night, to get out of bed and sort out a situation.
I would never have thought i would get out of bed in the middle of the night to log on to a game, not because i wanted to, but because i had to.
That said, we have made some new major changes within corp, one more step to prepare people for a null sec life. With the new changes comming to the ice fields, im sure this new change will benifit us alot, and have our Engineers and PVP'ers Work closer together.

If by internal "revence" you mean you went full blown pirate and wiped your collective behinds on the COA and their mission, yeah. Spot on!
I wish you the best of luck in null, it's a pity your members can't be trusted and they will backstab you.
Thanks for repaying the isk due to "an agreement not uphold", it proves you are at least honnest in private but pressured into working against what you believe.

The past week we have been at WAR again.
5 WAR decs at the same time, "so i wounder" who have hired them.
Best thing with wars, they gather people and have them stand up for what they belive in and fight for.
First night of war we started out with a small 15 man gang, but before i look around we had 55 people in fleet. That alot for an empire war i must add, so we desided to go and bust some gatecamps.
Its been a busy week, beside the Empire WARs we have other wars going in null, which have kept the people there busy, and kept our Capitals on the move.
To answer Danalee post abov.. No i didnt mean go full blown pirates, our killboard would show different, but we got our self a new enemy, even though we spend god knows how many hours to try and solve issues. My EVE time is to short, to deal with small unimportant alliances who only wana step on your feets, and prove the World they are something they are not.
As we start to spread a bit more between Empire and Null, we need more PVP'ers to step into the taskes, of Null sec warfare, and Empire/ Low Sec warfare.

I'm sure those agreed neutral mining ships, noctis and industrialists on your killboard really had it comming than.... Also, I don't know how much time you spend forming one word replies to well worked out messages and questions but if it takes 'god knows how many' hours... God doesn't know all that much, does h+¬
As for your wars, having COA deal with troubles your ill-tought decissions brought upon your alliance is a job well done. If they wake up, they might not be as forgiving as we have been, God knows how long it'll take before they know what's up.

The past days we have had some really awesome fight in small fleets. Some wins and some loses.
I have to tip my hat for those living in Bosboger for always bringing a good fight, and pretty even fights to. (Dont mind being slightly outnumbered if it Means fun for all). Who would have known that a few T1 cruisers with two logis could take Down a heavy drake HAM fleet with 4 logis
We still have one war going in High, but its mainly his Jita alt we have seen online the past days, along with a few other alts. I guess he eighter got bored or are busy on his main.
The Amarr FW have started to move into some of the low sec systems we tend to operate in, in bigger fleets, leaving us with no choice than help our minmatar friends.
To Danalee, no miners killed have been neutral, but part of a Corporation we consider an enemy. All enemies should have their supply line broken. Look it up, its all been Blue Sec. What corp would call them self Anti-Pirate after they relize that those moving into their area operate under that RoE, have a big skull in their corp Bio.

EVE have become predictable in some way. A few days ago i said to people on Voice Comm that we had been at war with more or less every bigger Merc corp or alliance in empire, but not The Marmide Collective so they would be the next.
2 days after we get the notification, which I found rather amusing.
Our operations in null have speeded up, and we moved a greater deal of our PVP'ers to Great Wildland. two days ago. Its been great fun. Already killed more than 5b ships and lost about 50m just with 1 roam and fighting local reds.
Im looking forward to see how we for once will handle our campaign in null, and empire wars, without this time dragging all our PVP'ers in null back to empire to join the PVP'ers there, just to deal with greifers.
